China Wok — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

We stayed at a nearby Airbnb, and decided to try this place. It was an interesting experience, ordering through a little window, passing our money in, getting our change passed back. There is no dine-in, and the whole feel of the ordering experience was a little weird. The menu is hand-written on paper taped to the walk-up window. It was also CHEAP! That said, when we got home, we found the food hot, plentiful, and delicious! We don’t recommend the rangoons, but everything else was surprisingly excellent....

It advertised pho on Google maps, so I went in and checked the menu. No dice. They did have plenty of to go menus, so I'll give another try on a day I'm craving Chinese food. The store itself was cramped and had what looked like a huge clear shower curtain hanging between the order/cash register area and the cooking area. No one greeted me or was available to ask for a pho suggestion location. May have just...

The customer service is terrible!!! You ask for your food to be cooked a certain way and the lady will argue with you. She is rude as hell and should be happy paying customers still come in to eat there. Too bad there is only 3 fast food restaurant in Jeffersonville. She really needs training in customer service...
