Subway — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

The food was awesome. Even the ice cream. The staff was not friendly. The sandwhich maker either dis not want to be at work or she is hard of hearing. I asked her to put salt and pepper on my tuna instead of the toppings. She said ok then added cheese so i said it again and i felt like i was bothering her to do her job. Then i told her i wanted the combo with cookies and she rang everything up separately and didnt add the drink. Then was confused when i asked which size cup. By far the worst experience at a subway. If she didnt want to be there then she should quit. I pay for my sandwhich to be made the way i want it. It was pretty cool. I do however have a personal bias seeing as I worked here, hold the applause. It's Subway, build a sub correctly and it tastes great. Now you reading this review may walk in there and be paralyzed by the fear of choice, but here is where I will come in to save you. This is my personal sub of choice, my guiding light through the fog of choice. A foot long spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese, with shredded cheddar and toasted. Not toasting your sub is a sin, let's be clear about this. Then, lettuce, tomato, black olives and banana peppers. We're almost there. Then, chipotle southwest and honey mustard. A sacred combo. Most of the time everything is perfect. I do online orders 98% of the time and pickup in store. There was initially a language barrier that made it where I guess they didn't understand the special instructions but now we have no issues at all. I always request that the sandwiches be cut into 4 pieces and it use to somehow get missed but now I just request that EACH sandwich be cut into 4 pieces and we have no issue. I always order 2 at a time and have "more" of everything added, no mayo, extra ranch, light mustard etc. and they never mess it up. It's always clean in there too.
