Subway — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

Walked in to place a to go order two people ahead of me, no biggie took about seven minutes to complete their order for two sandwiches. I ordered a meatball sub, there were no meatballs, so an employee went to grab some from the back. The employee placed the meatballs on the sandwich and toasted my sub as requested. I kind of assumed the meatballs needed heated up additionally before going into the toaster, but I didn’t say anything because maybe I’m wrong. I got to my car sure enough sandwich is ice cold despite being toasted because the meatballs are almost frozen.
