I would give you zero stars if possible. Not only do my kids love the bites we always order the exact same order and the last 5 times it was wrong. A simple balsamic veggie sub with NO mushrooms you screw up every last time. Well tonight was the last time. I called to place my order and let them know that it keeps being wrong so I emphasized the no mushrooms and repeated my order several times. The girl also read it back to me several times. Now not only was I charged for 2 subs this time I also got 2 subs full of mushrooms. We waited very long for our food then I called to get a refund and waited another hour for them to come back to get the food they screwed up. They never showed. It's now about 940pm and still I have this food that has to be returned in order to get a refund. This place is actually a joke and has zero respect for someone's time. I will get a refund and I will return this food if it takes a week to do so. Also my family and I will never order from pizza bella in Jenkins township again or any other pizza bella associated with them. Also Nicole the store manager is the one that had me waiting around for a delivery driver who i already tipped in cash and a little extra on my card over 20% of my bill that I was extremely over charged for with food that I never ordered for him to never show up and the store to be closed when I tried calling back. Read moreThis honestly kills me to post since Pizza Bella has been one of our favorite places to order from for over the past 5 years....but we have noticed a steady decline to the point that it's not even worth ordering anymore. We placed an order two weeks ago and it took over two hours to get delivered....we live under ten minutes away. We were frustrated but figured we would give them one more chance. We placed an order today and over an hour later, our food shows up and we're missing an entire meal. We immediately call back - they apologize and say the delivery driver will come back, pick up the missed meal, and deliver it to us shortly. We wait ANOTHER HOUR and call again. The person on the phone never told the delivery driver about our missed item and he had to go deliver a different order before the meal they forgot to package with our order would be delivered. It took almost two and a half hours to get our entire order and truthfully there should never be a reason for a customer to have to call back more than once if a restaurant forgets an item. You also shouldn't have to wait over an hour to have an item they forgot delivered, especially when you live under ten...
Read moreI've been a long-time customer of this particular location before and after its move. I've never once had an order issue, delivery is a bit long; but that is to be expected, but I always add a generous tip.
Today I thought I'd treat myself to my favorite wings and placed my usual order of all flats dry with mild on the side, extra blue cheese and celery, and some sicilian slices. Took about an hour to get, but again that is to be expected. I received my order with absolutely no sauce. Double checked my receipt that did, in fact, indicate mild on the side. I called and asked; they offered to bring it out to me and I thanked them and waited. Another patient hour later I called back and was told that "They said they gave you the bag and it's basically your word against theirs." After a $7 delivery tip on a $30 order, I will not be a patron of any Pizza Bella locations again. Extremely disappointed.
