I'm still reeling from my visit to The Cheesecake Lady, a bakery that has set the bar impossibly high for all future cheesecake experiences. This bakery has perfected the art of crafting the most divine, creamy, and decadent cheesecakes I've ever had the pleasure of devouring.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods and the friendly smile of the owner, who told me about all the different flavor options offered.

I ended up purchasing a slice of their Chocolate Peanut Butter cheesecake, which was equally impressive. The richness of the chocolate was perfectly balanced by the creamy peanut butter, and the texture was silky smooth.

What truly sets The Cheesecake Lady apart, however, is the love and care that goes into every aspect of the business. From the beautifully presented displays to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, it's clear that this bakery is a labor of love.

Giving 2 stars just for the fact that this is a new small business.

However, with that said. A family member recently bought a slice of banana bread cheesecake and a brownie to try, because of the hype, y'know. The cheesecake was very stodgy (heavy, thick), the filling tasted overwhelmingly artificial (my guess is way too much banana extract and little to no real banana), I couldn't tell you what the crust was (very crumbly, which is odd given how wet it was as well) - crust lacked flavor and definition. And I don't recall seeing or tasting walnuts or pecans, which are typically found in banana bread. Three people in the house tried this, none enjoyed it and none of us told the other how we felt.

The brownie? It was brown that's about it. Lacked flavor. Lacked moisture. Lacked salt. Lacked everything that makes a brownie, a brownie.

The staff here was very nice, the cheesecake was delicious and very good texture! I would love to say that I will be back soon but I think 7$ a small slice is way too much. I’m surprised no one else mentioned that in their reviews. It’s 40$ for a whole cake at about 12 slices? That’s 84$ at 7 per slice so if you can only charge 40$ I think 4-5$ per slice is more reasonable and prob bring in more business! Also no one I mentioned it to even knew the store was there and frequent that plaza often. Maybe a large neon sign and an arrow would help stand out against the flashy nail place signs.
