Used to get my super worms for my rescue beardie from them and bought my tank from them as well. Unfortunately the beardie didn't have the correct lighting previous to me owning her and I only had her for 2 years but for those 2 years she was never left hungry and thanks to the advice from the employees of the store I was able to make those two years happy ones for her. They take their time to help all their customers with absolute care. I went in to look for a specific tank and not only did they help me with getting the tank at an amazing deal in comparison to big retail pet shops but they walked through absolutely everything I could need and how to help the beardie transition from her old home to me. She was not the friendliest because she wasn't handled much previously and they gave me tips and advice to help her come around and in the end she was such a love bug. She'd sit on my shoulders and head while I played games and worked on costumes. They are absolutely an amazing pet place and are definitely the place to go over the big...

Just went in here for the first time today and it was the best experience I’ve had in a pet store! I didn’t catch all the names of who I interacted with but I spent a good amount of time chatting with Ken about ball pythons. He was so nice, non judgmental and knowledgeable! He answered so many questions and was very encouraging. This mom and pop pet store beats every other big box store and competition. They are also the only place around me where I can get the appropriate prey size for my snake. They breed them in store also which means they’re more fresh and come direct from the breeding source. In addition to all this wonderful stuff they also have the biggest variety of accessories across the board! They also specialize in custom pvc enclosures and have some used enclosures for sale for fair prices. I will absolutely support this small business going forward and...

I've been in the salt water hobby for close to give years and I've known Bill Sr. and Bill Jr. for almost four. They've always been super knowledgeable and courteous. Today I burned out my Mag-12 return pump and instead of attempting to sell me a new one Bill Jr. took the time to take it apart and refit it with brand new parts that the store readily had available, which is the case with this store 99 percent of the time.

As for fish selection they have a beautiful array and they all seem in great health and well taken care of. They just added a new wall of tanks that look exquisite.

Only drawback here is that prices are slightly higher than other stores. But in four years I've NEVER had a problem with any of their fish. You get what you pay for. Good luck with the new tanks and thank you for all your help...
