What an improvement! Went again last night with a group. Others also came around the same time AND they had pick up orders. Yes, they were VERY busy. Yes it took longer than normal. BUT they recognized us. They realized we were waiting a long time- with 5 boys under 12! They acknowledged us and did a few extra things for our tables to let us know we were SEEN! SO MUCH BETTER - and the FOOD was INCREDIBLE last night - Calzone was huge and tasty, pizzas were great (their pepperoni is my favorite in the Tulsa area), ice cream was fantastic, salads were great too (still miss the raspberry vinaigrette they used to have - the new one is more Italian than raspberry - and the larger croutons) , plus very tasty garlic knots and cinnamon dippers. THANK YOU!!! We look forward to our next trip. A Year or More ago: Went with a group this week and it was a busy night. We ordered our pizza and two salads. Our salads were brought out. Then the people sitting with us that ordered after us got their food. More food came out to others that ordered after us. We asked - oh, they are making that now. I directly asked - making or cooking? I think it's cooking, was the reply. After our table mates were done with their food we asked AGAIN. They said, "oh, sorry, it's almost ready" - IT WAS WELL OVER AN HOUR AFTER ORDERING. The first pizza had fallen on the floor they told us- BUT, they didn't communicate anything to us until we pressed. I had a meeting that I missed because of waiting on the pizza and my husband barely got to take some pizza with him on the way to his job. Communication speaks volumes to me - they should have approached us with the problem. We barely got a sorry, much less any compensation for the long wait. I had to eat alone- everyone else in our party had already left. Also the staff used the same knife to cut the pizza and to cut the calzone for those eating with us - and the reason he had a calzone is he's allergic to oregano - so his food was compromised. Thankfully he noticed it and avoided that part [it would have taken forever for them to re-cook it and that's not an option when you have three little boys with you]). I like their food, but it's not the first time we have had order and...
Read moreWe live in rural Beggs with no delivery available and nothing close for take-out: if you live south of the Glenpool Wal-Mart, especially in N.E. Okmulgee county, this may be the closest, quality take-out you're likely to find: it was for us living out here in the middle of nowhere for 18 years. We ordered on-line (with an astonishing array of customization options available for each item) a small Iron City and Mr. G's Garden, and from now on will always get lat least a large because it's so good we just naturally ate more. The side salad wasn't honestly remarkable, but exactly as expected down to the Bleu Cheese. Please support these folks: for those of us that live way out in the country, decent, honest, delicious take out is a luxury, and we so appreciate your starting a new quality business in our "neighborhood" we promise to support you. I only tipped $3 today for carry-out, promise to do more in the future yes for carry-out and hope others will too - if you want to keep this nice a place in our "neighborhood" I really hope many of you will pony up here and be generous, to help them get established through frequent visitation, order a lot for leftovers and tip like it was your own kids. Are your grown kids trying to feed you? Or will they? Be as loyal as you can. New customer, 2-3-2018, not related to anybody, just hungry, 62 years old, and hoping for good pizza for the next 20 years that I can drive up "New 75" and get without "going to town.". Wake up northeastern Okmulgee county, this may be your last shot at good food to go. . . . . Glenpool Wal-Mart Exit go right not left. If you love Domino's, try it once, if you think "overpriced" you shouldn't be ordering To Go period. Tell 'em you'll be back and then do it a time or two a week. Thanks, not hungry no more....
Read moreSo when I order I usually get pepperoni rolls with extra ranch. I used to say no marinara sauce and two ranch cups, but that seemed to be to hard for them because I kept getting one ranch and one marinara still. Anyways frustrating, but not a big deal. So I order for delivery on the 31st and say with 3 extra ranch instead. It gets here and they gave me NO ranch at all!!! I had to call them to have the boy bring me ranch. On the 3rd or 4th I order 2 boxes of pepperoni rolls with extra ranch. The order was actually right for once! Or.... so I thought.... I bit into one of the rolls from the second box and it was doughy on the inside!!!!! I tried another one and from the same box and it was doughy too. It was gross.... I have bad anxiety so calling them to tell them about their mistake was to much for me that night. I decided to take that loss. Last night however... Oh my god... I ordered two pepperoni rolls with extra ranch. Guy gets here and I already had a feeling they'd mess up again... I pay, get inside with my food.... annnnnd he gave me the wrong order! It was lasagna and garlic knots!!! I knew I would have to call them on this one even though it made me anxious... The delivery guy is never friendly, and seems to really hate his job, and the people there need to learn how to cook things all the way / pack things correctly. After last night I will NOT be ordering from them anytime soon... I can oversee missing ranch cups... but when my food isn't cooked all the way or I get the wrong order, that's when I've had enough... Please fix your delivery services because I haven't gotten a right order the last 4 times. It's honestly ridiculous. Use to be one of my favorite places to...
