After my wife and me attended a meeting near the hotel we decided to catch a meal at the rooftop restaurant GEM above our accomadation. Which turned into a night in Tulsa we will both have A fond memory of. When we walked in we were greeted with A happy refreshing additude from the staff whom were more than attentive throughout the night. The kind bartender made us cocktails that were unique in ingredients seemingly tailored to our tastes. And the atmosphere screamed opulence. We only had time to order the wings that were delicious. Although we were here A short time we will definitely be back to this place next time we travel to Tulsa. We definitely recommend A visit here...

We had a fantastic experience at The Gem rooftop lounge . The food was absolutely delicious—our chef Lawrence served us chicken skewers and fried pickles, which was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced.

The service truly stood out as well. Julian took great care of us at the bar and recommended the Keen to Citrine drink, which was both refreshing and beautifully presented.

The atmosphere was equally impressive. The balcony provided a lovely view, and there was even a dedicated area perfect for taking photos—a great touch that added to the overall charm of the location.

Highly recommend this gem of a spot for a memorable meal...

This rooftop bar and restaurant is a true gem! The space is absolutely beautiful—classy décor, fantastic rooftop views, and fun selfie walls that make the perfect backdrop. Watching the sunset from here is a must—truly spectacular.

The food was delicious, especially the house-made hummus (crafted by Chef JJ) and the chicken skewers. Both were so good, I’d come back just for those! My drink was made exactly to my taste, thanks to Kat, the talented bartender who really nailed it.
