KFC — Restaurant in Jennings

So my fiance a.k.a my sons father on Father's day wanted KFC so..... I go here and order the 6pc deal for $20 it comes with 4 sides & 4 biscuits. I tried to tell THE MANAGER that took my order what sides I wanted. She tells me that I don't get to choose my sides. I said what comes with it? She said corn cole slaw mac n cheese and mash potatoes & gravy. Funny corn isn't even in the picture but ok! Never been to a restaurant where you don't choose what you are paying for. So I called another store and asked about the sides & they tell me the sides are your choice. I already knew that though. I also went to order online to see if I could pick my sides from this store & what do you know!!!!! You get to pick your own sides. So I didn't have to order a large fry for $6 & tell them to keep there cole slaw because it won't get touched in my home. The whole damn reason they wouldn't let me pick my side is because the first one I named they had to make fresh. So their lazy butt had to make them anyway. Its so sad what has become of all these restaurant's especially these managers being lazy and not trying to make there customers happy or it could have been a race thing because I'm white but I don't play the race card even though I've been treated unfairly many times because of my race. I'm sure if the tables were turned she would have said the same thing about me. Anyways if you want bad service and to be treated badly this is the place to go. This is a hard post for me. 4 times in a row over the course of 3 months, I have gone to the KFC on Jennings Station Road in St Louis 😞 Well, each time I pulled up to the drive-through, they tell me there don't have chicken, or they are not taking orders. Yesterday, we pulled in the drive thru line behind another car and 2 cars waiting at the windows. The car at the speaker pulled off after about 2 minutes of us behind them, we notice they did not go to the window but because there were 2 cars waiting, we pulled up to place our order. The young man asked us for our order, and when we started giving our order, he interrupted and said, " I'm sorry we are not taking orders right now." We asked should we wait, he repeated himself, we asked do you all have chicken, he again repeated, they are not taking orders. I hate to make this review because when they put this kfc near me I was so proud, food was great, service was wondering and the place was nice and clean. Te lines stayed rapped around the building. Business was really good. So for that reason I must give them a 1 star. They are brand new here in this area, but tgey are a fast food restaurant that service people. Last night I needed a quick meal for my older kids, as cooking at home turned for the worst. I ordered online, paid, and had them pick up the food. The website showed it would be ready by 755pm. They got there at 8pm. The order was not ready. When they got to the car they noticed there was no chicken. Only two sides. There was supposed to be three large sides 4 biscuits 8 tenders and 8 chicken pieces. There was mashed potatoes and gravy and a small side of Cole slaw. They went back in and while I was on speaker phone was told there was a mix up on the orders under the same name. They then told us there was no mac n cheese so we asked for mashed potatoes instead. Still no biscuits. All the sauces requested was not correct. When they got home we noticed the mashed potatoes was not cooked all the way through and the chicken was not extra crispy. I have been going to this location for YEARS this is the first time ordering online and I can honestly say this was the WORST service yet and never again will we order online. Or will I send my kids there. They waited a total for 35 minutes after designated time. I would really like my money back due to the fact we did not get what we ordered...
