Little Caesars — Restaurant in Jennings

I was inside store ordering pizzas for the grandkids. The cashier was not wearing a mask while taking orders. some had on mask some did not. A female customer asked if he not handle her pizza after taking money from customers because it's making her feel uncomfortable. The male cashier looked at her and went back to taking orders. he then returned to the back to slice up her pizza. She kindly asked could she have a refund or have someone else with gloves on to make her order. The male cashier became irate telling the others what was said. A young male manager came from the back dressed like he was not working came and refunded her money. As the female customer was trying to explain calmly why she made the choice, the manager stopped her in mid sentence and said, " I gave you back your money it doesn't matter just leave my store!" The lady then began saying to others what was happening. The manager became so angry he walked quickly up to the lady and got in her face. I was fearing for her life at this time by the look in his eyes. She began asking him to step back. He asked her if I don't what you going to do?! he then said he was calling the police. the lady then sat down and said she would wait so she can tell her part of the story. This is something always going on at this location. They have a sign up saying they are not enforcing mask at this store yet the website clearly states they have a mask only policy. I will no longer go to this little caesar's establishment. someone is going to get hurt...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. The girl with the red thingys in her hair definitely need to go find another career. Literally ordered online and it said my food was ready. When I went to pick it up, the girl behind the counter said it wasn’t ready and then proceeded to ignore me and stand there with an attitude. I go out and come back in to wait and it took another employee from the back to ask what I’m waiting on. I said the same thing I said when I first came in and now all of a sudden she look more carefully in the pizza portal and my order there. This was AFTER she told me it wasn’t ready and that I would see my name. Didn’t even bother to ask nobody in the back. No names on the screen or nothing. I see why they always closed. Not worth your time unless you like hanging out...

I went to the location on Friday evening my first time ever going to any little Caesar's pizza place I took my grandson's to get pizza to get pizza what I saw was beyond me no mask no hairnets on their head's and no gloves they're playing around talking over people food and messing up orders I was there for about a good thirty minutes the front of the store and parking lot in front of the location was trashy what I'm going to do is contact St.Louis County health Department and let them know what's going on because they're not even practicing social distance there where at least 8 people in this little small location as soon as I placed my order I went back outside my grandson's comfortable with eating there but I wasn't they need to clean it up at that Jennings location here...
