I would rate zero if I could. The single worst customer service I've ever had.

We were a party of two, and when we walked in there was no hostess. No biggie. Stood there for 5 minutes until anyone came by. No one greeted us. A server came by and stood by the hostess, made a bunch of faces at the hostess and my party. Never said a word to us for a few minutes. Eventually we got seated and then waited for 20 minutes and didn't even get our drinks taken. No one stopped by to ask if we had been served. Nothing. It wasn't just bad service, there was no service. To rub salt in the wound, two more tables were seated AND had their orders taken while we sat there. The waitress even walked by us 3 times and we clearly were not taken care of.

We walked out. Told the hostess why, and she didn't make an attempt at an apology. Just made an excuse about being busy. We're all busy, that doesn't give an excuse to be rude. A simple apology or an attempt at acknowledging that we were there would have solved a lot of issues.

Worst service I've ever had. Most rude hostess I've ever dealt with. I won't come back, and I recommend everyone to find somewhere better. It's not hard to find somewhere that exceeds their mediocre food anyway. I've eaten there before, but this was beyond...

Just ate there tonight around 730 pm. Worst dinner ever!!! Waitress had absolutely no interest in serving us, sat my wife and I at a table meant for 6 (just us two), constantly kept messing up our order and didn't seem to even be paying attention to anything we said at all like she was distracted by one of the male servers or somethine because they kept at each other. My order came out okay, my wife's on the other hand was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. She had ordered chicken wrap and this thing came out so hot she couldn't even stand it and when she finally did take a bite so much tobasco sauce ran out of it the entire plate was just covered in it. Since the waitress never came back at any point I went up to talk to her about this. She apologizes but yet she rang up my card and I asked did you charge us for that anyway to which she said she had to. I said that isn't right at all my wife never even ate it was so disgusting!!! I used to absolutely love their food, in fact I would drive from Williamsport just to get a cheesesteak. I haven’t had one in years, so my father and I ordered one today, thinking it would be just like it always was. But we get home and start to eat and to my horror we discovered that our favorite sub shop loaded our cheesesteaks with the worst possible cheese, AMERICAN! Bitter, salty and just wrong. Perhaps some enjoy that type of cheese on their steak, but to set it as a default and not have an option online for any other cheese, just to save a few pennies is very disappointing! Provolone used to be the normal cheese that came with your regular cheesesteaks. The staff and everything else was great and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
