I've had a horrible experience with the drive thru service at this location. Typically, when they are busy it takes a long time to get through the drive thru. I've waited 10-15 minutes, after ordering, to get my food when they are busy. Worse, though, even when they are slow they don't always answer their drive thru.
I had an experience where I pulled up to the "outside" drive thru lane and no one ever even acknowledged I was there. I waited a couple of minutes, at which point a car pulled up in the other drive through line, was immediately helped, placed their order, and moved up to the window -- I was still sitting in the other drive thru lane.
At that point, I went inside to complain to the manager and he did not care, at all. He explained he was helping to take orders inside (he and another employee were helping the two people inside, there was no line). He did not seem to care I had been waiting. He did not even try to offer an excuse as to why he didn't at least greet me and let me know he'd help me in a minute. He also didn't explain why, when I was in line and pulled up immediately after another car left, he chose to help a customer inside rather than me while he was the one manning that drive thru lane.
On my most recent experience I did an online order and went through the drive in. They needed extra time to finish my order and had me pull up, at which point I waited. They only realized that I was still there, and had to come and ask why I was there, when they asked someone else to pull forward and he couldn't because I was in the space.

Read moreCustomer service is the worst!!! Came here late at night on a Friday. Ordered a cheeseburger, McRib with extra sauce, 2 hot and spicy. Order came out to be $8.83. Got the exact change amount and got ready to pay, when the lady at the window stated $6.14. I simply told her our order was $8.83 and saw it on the screen. She snapped at me and asked “What did you order?!” I repeated the order to her, and she began to tell me hold on while she slammed the window shut. While still holding my money, she walked to the next window from inside the building. Came back and yelled “IT’S GOING TO BE $6.14!” I did not feel like arguing with a rude person who was handling my money and food... so I just told her fine. I got my receipt and looked over it. It was clear that it was not my order...
We get to the pick up window and THANKFULLY, we received the correct order. Too lady to fix their mistake, we ended up paying less than what we were supposed to pay. It literally screwed everyone up in line because we all waited for a very long time, and I looked at the mirror to see the next man paying was irritated as well.
This location needs to fixed their ugly attitude. If you cannot handle the high demand business, do not take it out on customers who are simply only...
Read moreJust left this location & I must say they deserve ABSOLUTELY NO STARS at all! I went through the drive-thru to order one simple large Mocha frappe. First of all, the "child" that took my order made it quite obvious that he did not want to be at work & his customer service was a -0. I pulled up to the window to pay & had to wait for them to bring my one item order out. When I received my drink, it looked like it had been sitting up for a while & it was thin as water, looking a milky sloppy mess. I proceeded to return the drink for a fresh one, only to get another milky sloppy mess. I went back in (3rd time) & the manager made another milky sloppy mess. As the manager was making my drink, he said it was the machine's fault. When in actuality, it was the user. I never worked for McDonald's, but I know how a frappe is supposed to look & he didn't add enough ice to make it thick. Also, while the manager was making the concoction, the employees were talking loud about irrelevant issues that had nothing to do with work, horseplaying & basically acting like they were outside of the workplace.
