This Germania Brew Haus in Jerseyville is #4 in the growing popularity of this coffeehouse. It's located at the far-end of town on the main drag. Parking is fairly easy, but if you prefer drive-thru, they've got that too.

I like the inside, it is spacious and welcoming. It's big enough that several groups could be conversing and not disturb each other. There's even a counter if you want privacy to work on your laptop.

The staff is super friendly and made me feel welcomed. I liked the team work. I ordered, one took my monies and as she handed me my change, the other was placing my Iced Vanilla Haus Latte on the counter. That was some Speedy Gonzales service.

Atmosphere is great, don’t get me wrong. But, we felt very deceived here. We understand our coffee and ordered a latte. Which is milk and espresso. When we got our order it was so weak so we kindly asked for another shot. They told us they use cold brew for their lattes unless asked otherwise… we were so caught off guard. That is not a latte, and we paid for it. They use cold brew because it’s cheaper, but that should be stated on their menu. If I wanted cold brew, I’d get that and it would be half the price. The staff here are super sweet and hard working. I stopped in (not from the area) and while I was there witnessed them working very hard the entire time — as well as kindly offer a free drink to the FedEx shipment guy who was unloading items in the heat. Also after a swarm of students came in, then left— making it super busy for a while, I overheard one of the employees say “great job guys!” It was just really awesome and refreshing to see teamwork and positive attitudes.
