Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jesup

This is by far one of the worst and most frustrating locations I've ever dealt with! If you order more than 4 items, GAURENTEED you will be missing 1 or more items!

This is the second time, twice in a row that TWO items have been missing! 2 items from both orders! It's incredibly frustrating after already waiting 2 hours to receive your food, then half is missing!

When we called the store tonight, they kept answering then hanging it up! One time they answered and left it off the hook! This location needs some serious revamping of their store "employees"!

Update On 5/9/23 I tried placing a 65$ order to just give them another try for delivery, the order NEVER WAS DELIVERED! The supposed Manger that worked night shift of 5/3/23 should be ashamed of themselves and Delivery driver Mathew needs fired! GO LITterally...

High disappointed with my service. I ordered food everything was great. Delivery drive showed in route and then showed food was in my neighborhood. I waited 20 minutes for my food to arrive at my home. Which it never did. I call the store to check on my order since it had already been twenty minutes. Guy on the other line seemed confused and asked if my food was in my house after I told him that I haven’t received my food. Delivery driver then drives by my house three times with me standing in my yard. Tried to call the store back but no one answered. The level of disrespect i received tonight was absolutely disgusting. Forty minutes later delivery driver finally calls my phone to ask directions because he could find my house. He then apologizes. I will not be ordering delivery from this...

Ordered a pizza tonight. Long story. The short version is after an hour of it being pulled from the oven, I finally drove up to get it myself. Took one look at the pizza and told them they can keep it. It was so dried out, I wasn’t willing to pay for it. The worker made it seem like I was unreasonable for not wanting to eat hour old pizza that’s been sitting under a warmer. They said they were short staffed and only had one driver. Do not accept delivery orders if that is the case. It’s pretty simple. Waited an hour and a half between ordering and driving down there just to have to go somewhere else for dinner. I used to order Dominos all the time back in Macon. I’ll be finding a new pizza place after this experience. I would’ve had better luck driving to Hinesville than waiting as...
