I ordered online because I thought that it would be quicker. Their curbside is ridiculous to begin with because they don't start your food until you get there. When we arrive, neither my daughter or I noticed the mobile pick up spaces. So I play the game and hit I am here like instructed. The app said if there were any issues that they would call. After sitting in my car for 15 minutes I decide to go inside. When I ask, they tell me they didn't see me in the spot so they didn't bring it out. This whole experience could have been prevented with a simple phone call. So they try to give me the food which has obviously been there for a while. I proceed to tell them that I'm not going to take the shakes that have been sitting there so I had to wait for those as well (again) . No manager came out to apologize, the employees were obviously not happy with my comments like this was completely my fault. So when the new shakes were made I took my food. I didn't ask for or want a refund. I just wanted to get out. So I take the food home to my family and it's all cold obviously. The cheese currds look like they got them out of the bottom of the fryer (the few that they gave us) and the burgers were a mess. Im sympathetic to the current hiring environment. I've been in the food service industry for almost 30 years. But this is probably the worse quick service food experience I have ever had. Read moreTo be honest I normally go to Freddie's a lot and normally get great service but for the last two days they have messed up mine and my husband's order we called in to let them know they replace the order and then try to put another order on my ticket which was a second order from another customer in my car then I go to pick up my new order and it was all wrong too I understand things are busy this time of year but the service I have to say was bad I had to explain to the employer at the window three times she had the manager at the window three times and neither one of them got our order right so I just left with the order I got and took it home anyway I don't know if I want to come back to eat or not after the way we were treated usually I get great service but for the last two days not I'm not here to complain with you may think I am but I do work hard for my money and when I spend money to eat out I want to expect the same find the person who's cooking my food when I fork out $22 but what was really messed up about the deal they didn't even get our drinks right we were supposed to have two large drinks that we paid for and we got a large soda and a medium t when we pay for two large drinks like I said I don't like to complain but when a manager is working with an employee to get it straight and still don't something's wrong thank you for taking the time...

We come to Freddy’s often and have for some time because like my previous 5 star review said, “Can be a bit of a wait and best to check for order accuracy, but still best fast food burgers and curds in JC!” However, today was not good. If this were our first try at a Freddy’s we would not be back.
First, we ordered a single vanilla cone. It’s been a great treat in the past and a fair portion. Today, it was smaller and the bottom of the cone didn’t even get filled all the way down.
Then we ordered meals Togo. Our large cheese curd was barely melted and not a good flavor like they usually are. They seemed to be lacking salt and warmth. We wasted a good portion of them - which NEVER happens. Very disappointing when they cost what they do…
My Freddy’s double cheeseburger had a mushy bun, and the cheese was barely melted. My husband’s Jal pepper steak double didn’t have extra sauce, (like requested) and tasted under par.
