Cocina & Cantina — Restaurant in Johnstown

Ordered Fajitas and the waiter brought them to the table while they were still screaming hot, to the point where his oven mitt wasn't enough so, he dropped them in the center of the table, then he let them pop, as in literally popping tomato sauce and oil all over everything. Picture bacon grease splashing everywhere when you're cooking it. It got all over my shirt, my phone, the table, in the drinks etc. He didn't come back to offer us a rag to clean it up, he didn't replace the drinks. He never even apologized. I suggested that next time he wait a couple of minutes before bringing it out to customers. I can only assume that's what other restaurants do because this has never happened to me before. It was a mess and to top it off, the fajitas were basically raw veggies just piled on with no flavor. I'm not about getting a waiter in any kind of trouble, so I will leave out his name and I waited a few weeks to post this but we won't be going back. So disappointed in the food...

We have been looking for a great local Mexican restaurant that tastes just as great to our kiddos as it does to us and we found it! The food is delicious and appropriately priced for the portions. They offer a kids menu that ranges from chicken nuggets to a beef and cheese burrito. The bartender knows how to make a great margarita, and most importantly they have a queso dip with flavor and it's creamy and cheesy and everything you want to dip your chips in. The only note I would give them would be to install a door heater because in the small space the open doors freeze you in about 2 seconds.

Breakfast burritos are poor quality I’d suggest not ordering them. This is my second time trying them and it’s unfortunately the same, bacon is crunchy but tastes old, sausage is spongey and tasted like soap?... Potatoes seem to be from a steamed bag. Only things that tasted fresh were the eggs and tortilla. The burrito is a decent size but means nothing if I can’t manage to eat it. I give praise over the ease of service with the drive through, restaurant is updated and clean, friendly employees and good customer service. I can’t speak for other items on the menu, only that the breakfast burritos have not matched...
