I have been at the Elwood location many times I just went back and I’m happy to say There is a girl by the name of Cat Who I noticed is still there (thank God) she needs to manage many Duncans to make every location like the one in Elwood. I am a vice president at a company who deals a lot with customer service. I asked her if I can hire her and she said no she’s very happy at her current job so bummer for me. In which case I wanted to compliment the individual that would be above her to make sure she is given the proper Recognition for doing her job with a smile. When I walk in, she’s always smiling very pleasant. Has learned my name from memory which I think it’s a great plus for being a customer. It should be that way all regular customers to be called by their name. This girl should be running multiple locations or become an area or general manager. She can teach a lot of your employees About how to run a business Properly. This location has many positive improvements since she has been at this location. I have come in very often and it finally feels like I’m welcome. It’s unbelievable how this location is now being run. Anyone reading this please go to this location and see how a Duncan should be run. I guarantee top service I’ve seen and experienced it multiple times. I’m not even one to usually leave Reviews on a business But the difference in this place versus a lot of of places that I’ve come across in my life is a huge difference. I feel like they should set out some candles and table cloths and little napkins like a more upscale restaurant. I’ve now noticed too, it’s being decorated for Halloween, which is so cute because my birthday is on Halloween so I feel like the manager is celebrating my birthday. Finally ordered coffee. She goes back on the phone, while the other girl is just sitting by drive through window on her phone. 2 minutes go by where both are on the phone and no one's doing anything about my order. Finally gal that took my order tells the other one why she didn't get my coffee done. Other one says something back to her while not moving an inch.
