Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Jordan

Took forever to get my drink they made orders of people who came in after me before mine. Cranking threw drive thru orders while 1 person did all the drinks for everyone. And they got my order of 2 coffees wrong.Do not stop inside. Won’t let me add another review either but yet another shity visit. Waiting in long ass line drive thru get to window sit for 2-5 mins then told to go to parking lot where they proceede to make orders for 5 more cars until I go in and ask where my drink is then they start to make it unbelievable I am such a loyal customer I will go there no longer...

Best Caribou experience EVER today! I frequent this location 3-4 times a week and staff is always upbeat and pleasant - however today, I placed an order on the mobile app and accidentally picked the wrong store. Staff was SO sweet and understanding, helped get my order made immediately so I didn’t need to wait longer, and took care of coordinating with the other store so I didn’t need to pay again. Paul helped me at the counter and was just so sweet, but the entire staff was we wonderful (even after having to make my drinks when they were already so busy). Love love love...

I was driving south on 169 towards St Peter when I realized I forgot my coffee at home. I pulled up my mobile app and ordered a coffe from this Caribou in Jordan MN. When I pulled up I was greeted with the most positively intoxicating, lovely, happy energy I've heard in a long time! I didnt catch her name. She worked drive up on 12/16/2020. I might drive an hour out of the way just to get her energy more often. Two chocolate covered espresso beans on top of my drink too! Very safe Covid practices. Masks and other socially distant practices...
