I've gone here a handful of times, and found the service to be pretty good for a fast food place. If I have any complaint, it's that I tried using the app to order food to pick up at the location. Besides the app being slightly confusing, after I ordered it with the app, it was just more confusing when I went to pick it up, things I thought I had ordered weren't on my order, and I had to wait for them to make it. The location isn't too bad for a quick in-and-out, if you're going North on 169 or if you're heading into Jordan. However, if you're heading back south on 169 you might have some trouble getting back on the highway, since the stoplight to go back that way tends to get backed up so unless you go all the way around you have to cut across 2 lanes of road going straight and if the turn lane is backed up - you're basically stuck.
edit Well, I have no idea what happened. I stopped here to pick up some dinner for myself and my wife. I had to use the restroom, so I went inside to place my order. I placed that order, and everything seemed normal. Then I sat down and waited. and waited. and waited. Then I noticed my name wasn't on the order board anymore. So I waited at the counter. and waited. Then someone asked if I'd been helped, and I said something like "Sort of. My name disappeared from the list, and I never got my order." Then, there was this poor older lady who came from the back and said something like "I'm sorry, I think I may have accidently deleted it." It was clear that she was struggling to keep up. Anyway, she took my receipt and said she'd make my order. Well she did. Except it was wrong. I ordered 4 taco supremes - but I got regular tacos. (Actually, these were for my wife, not me, and this happens A LOT at taco bell. Not just this one, but all of them. It just so happens she doesn't like taco bell, and I do - but she only "likes" supreme tacos. If I bring regular tacos, she won't like them and won't want any more taco bell ever.) So I waited at the counter again. and waited. and waited. Then I finally got someone's attention, and told them these tacos were regular, but they were supposed to be supremes. I thought they would just put the tomatoes and sour cream on them. Nope. They made 4 new tacos. Anyway, that took almost 40 minutes. I'll still go back, but I feel bad for that poor lady. They looked very understaffed, and she was definitely trying, but there was no way that was going...
Read moreFirst let me say I have eaten here a number of times since they have opened and have always had decent service and food. Tonight I went in with my kids to get dinner we ordered tacos and cheesy fiesta potatoes. The lobby was absolutely disgusting, the tables were filthy and the garbage cans were full but, we wiped a table down and waited for our food. We live about 20 minutes away and wanted to eat our food hot. When the food came up we asked for forks, we were told they didn't have any, asked for a spoon, again they didn't have any. There was 2 young brown haired girls working. These girls have no respect for anyone, they were nasty, rude, horrible girls. I was told by them it wasn't their fault there were no forks, "what did I want them to do?" When I asked for a manager a young man came over, he didn't say anything to me, I asked him why I wasn't told I would not be able to eat the food I ordered he told me it wasn't his fault and the young girl jumped into the conversation telling him the employee that rang in my order had not been there in a couple of days so he didn't know they were out of forks. I spent $50 on our dinner tonight. I had to bring it home in order to eat it, by the time we got home the food was cold and the order wasn't even correct. When I was leaving the restaurant the 2 young girls were mocking me as I was walking out. I might add there were a few people waiting in line watching this unfold. I understand it is Taco Bell and it is hard to find good employees sometimes but if this is what you choose to employee then I choose to never go back. There are plenty of other places that I can spend my hard earned money. The lack of care your employees showed tonight reflects the owners lack of care on how the employees treat their customers. Maybe they need to be reminded that without those customers coming in they...
Read moreWow, I have never had such a terrible experience at this Taco Bell! My girlfriend and I were ordering food and the only thing that this teenager taking orders was able to get out was “yup”(that’s it). Then we get to the window, and my pop had no ice in it, and when we had asked for ice, another staff informed us that the ice machine was currently making more ice, but no one informed us. After that, I was very excited for my supreme Doritos Locos tacos and I opened up my taco and I found a long strand of brown hair, so my girlfriend and I turned around and we went back. Please keep in mind that the original teenager that was helping us did not have a hairnet on and when we arrived inside, she was nowhere to be found, when she was, she had a hairnet on. I explained and showed the hair to the employees and had the staff offered if they were remake the taco, and then my girlfriend looked at the other tacos. One of them did not have sour cream and one of them did not have tomatoes so they remade all of our tacos. It took 3 staff to figure out what to do, and the others were standing around like deer in headlights. Never 25 years of life have I ever had such a bad experience at any Taco Bell, my advice for the Taco Bell in Jordan, either keep driving and save your money or go to the McDonald’s...
