The food was not bad, however, definitely not worthy of the prices they charge. I was actually shocked when I saw the menu. Pretty much expect to pay no less than $35-$65 for a la cart. I had the salmon, which was nothing special, a small portion served with rice that tasted as if it came from a box. For a $39 piece of salmon, I'd at least expect to be asked how I'd like it cooked! That brings me to the service.. some of the rudest wait staff I've come across. We were a party of 3, and they tried to sit us at a tiny table for 2. When we asked for an appropriate table, the hostess got very annoyed and just marched off, leaving us standing in the middle of the resteraunt wondering if we would be seated at all. There was absolutely zero effort to be helpful, courteous, or even available. Our waiter basically had to be tracked down in order to get questions answered. We waited 45 min for our meals, then another 15 min for the check. All in all, not a place I'll be spending my...
Read moreMy new favorite restaurant in Jupiter, maybe all of Florida! From my first call to make a reservation, speaking with host Caroline, I had a great feeling. Friendly and accommodating, rare with host in these parts. Its so nice to feel welcomed instead of the normal " There is a 2 hour wait " click. We arrived a little early and enjoyed great cocktails at the bar, then were escorted to a great table in a charming outdoor courtyard. Our service Kelly was top-notch, as were her assistants. They visited our table numerous times to check on us, first class service. By far the best service we have received compared to the many high-end restaurants we have visited the last month. To save the best to last , from appetizers though dessert, all our dishes were spectacular! The tempora lobster and lamb chops !! The Lobster pot pie !! The chicken dish is so good!! Then, all followed up with a delicious dessert. We can't wait to go back....
Read moreWe chose Bistro to celebrate our wedding anniversary and are very glad we did. Indoor decor is charming and very French, as is the cuisine. Alex our server was attentive and helpful in guiding our menu choices. I began with tender escargot done just right and a perfect martini, which is not a compliment I freely give. I noticed when we arrived that the bar was full, no surprise. My husband enjoyed his French onion soup.
We followed with lobster ravioli, light and delicate in a delicious champagne cream sauce, and an excellent beef Wellington. Dessert was flourless chocolate cake and Grand Mariner soufflé, a house specialty served with a celebratory candle and message written in chocolate drizzle. A lovely experience from start to finish. It is a pleasure to be served by people who enjoy their work. We will...
