Wendy's — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

The cashier was absolutely rude, from the moment she started taking my order, She interrupted me me and said, "I said hold on" then when I got to the window I asked if I could pay using my phone with the tap option, she rolled her eyes, got the payment machine and barely held it out, i asked repeatedly can you hold it out so I can see where to hold my phone, she did not respond nor did she advise where to place my phone to be scaned. I tried multiple times finally i asked her where is the sensor? She pointed to the lower left side, when prompted for my atm code I tried to enter it, but she did not hold it firmly for me to enter my cide, I asked her "can you please hold it" she replied ,"I am" she did not make it easy to enter my code. When I finshed she said, well if i would have known you were going to" I didnt understand the rest because she turned away from me. When she handed me my food I said "why are you being so rude?" She said "whatever", i asked for her name 3 times i did not understand what she said. So i asked "Crissta" "Trista"? She looked at me and closed the window!...

This was my first time visiting this Wendy’s. I went on my lunch break my only problem is going up to the window through the drive-thru. I get that every fast food place needs to keep their times down through the drive-thru. I get it I use to work at McDonald’s and I always made sure we were number 1. And I did always even if it came to customers asking for condiments. When I went up to the window the young lady told me my total I gave her my debit card. She gave it back and gave me my double baconator medium combo and a medium chocolate frosty. She said the ketchup and hot sauce is in the bag. First of all you didn’t even let me ask for any condiments she just handed it to me. So I didn’t want to argue I just drove off and when I got back to work there were no sauces in the bag. That’s my pet peeve if you’re going to say there’s something in the bag it better be in there. Instead of rushing the customers asks do you need any condiments and that’s one of the questions you’re suppose to ask anyways. I've been getting the special $5 meals lately. Usually, i choose and like the bacon Jr 🥓 cheeseburger 🍔, but this time, i thought 🤔 I'd try the spicy chicken 🐔 sandwich 🥪. Well. Lemme tell yuh something 😏. It sucks. Like cardboard or something. No flavor whatsoever. Blech!! Its about the only affordable meal at Wendy's anymore 😕. Sadly, Wendy's went covid greedy just like everyone else in this mixed up world 🌎. The meals were just a very short time ago, roughly $5 per meal cheaper, so they had this bright 🌞 idea to these recent $5&$6 meals. Just don't waste your time on the frozen breaded cardboard processed chicken with nothing else on it. The building and employees were great, though.
