Let me tell you about my absolute favorite coffee spot in Kalamazoo! It's seriously the best. They make these mind-blowing smoked sea salt maple lattes that I am obsessed with. I always go for the 16oz triple iced version with oat milk. Trust me, you've gotta try it and thank me later. And let me just say, Megan (the owner) & John who work there are the absolute best. They always make my latte just right.
They also have an awesome collection of local art that you can actually buy. It's such a cool way to support local artists and bring a piece of Kalamazoo home with you. And if you're into Kombucha like I am, you'll be thrilled to know that they have a wide selection.

I drink my coffee black and had a solid pour-over brew on my visit. I enjoyed every taste. Adding your milk and sugar sure can't make that base anything but a great start.
There are little bits to eat, but the beverages are the focus and shine here.
