Coming in as one, wasn't a problem but I walked in and was served at the counter so be sure to get reservations or it's quite possible to sit out on the patio.  Food for one is just one item that I can see. That's ok not here for that. I was attended two by two lovely people and they had a birthday party and about 4 other groups to deal with, yet I got conversation and even information about the wines. I stepped up for a tasting, it was six wines and not a one was bad.

Capriccio- I cycled back to this as I didn't notice the description. Not big on high tannins, the tannin dryness is subtle but still too much for me. I can see using this for steaks and Italian. Not overtly in your face for a red which is a winner for me.

Pinot Gris- nice and light not as dry as a chardonnay. Beautifully delicate

Roche Rose-more fruity than a normal rose. Very nice to go with any fish or chicken but also, nice casual drinking wine.

Briarwood- delightful red finishing wine. Sweet but nice to have near dessert.

Green apple sangria- this sweet fruit has a forward sweet (grape?) with a tart finish (oooo, that green apple is tasty) and becareful, you'll want more than just a taste and you might finish a bottle.

Peach Mango- wow..the peach is strong and the mango is hinted which is perfect if you aren't into a flowery taste (too much mango tasted like flowers). I can that although the green apple sangria is right next to it, this is a totally different taste. Definitely nice dessert wine or even can be a good spritzer.

This business has a backdrop that even has a ring set of lights so you can get a good picture of everyone. One of the people apologized for the busy nature and told her that being busy says a lot for the business. If you're in the area, looking for some tastings of good wine and even a good charcuterie board or cheese and wine pairing…this is a great place. Go here, support local and support a woman run and owned company. This place has got...

Myself, my sister and our friend drove two hours to experience this winery that we were excited to go to. And we found it was owned by a Black woman, even better!!! I saw great pictures on social media and even read good reviews. So we were definitely looking forward to the experience. Our server was so sweet and pleasant and I hate I didn't remember her name. The place is small but very nice. The decor was nice, they even have a grass wall with a ring light for photos and selfies. The wines were nice as well and the prices reasonable. The reason for 3 stars is because of the owner. She visited tables all around us to talk but never came to our table. She looked over at us a few times but never greeted us or asked us how were things going, nothing. When she did come over, she was not very personable. She just asked us if we were ready to check out, but when the waitress came over she let her finish and walked away. That just put a bad taste in my mouth about the place because that definitely makes a difference in the experience. We spent over $100 in there and both people who went with me took a bottle of wine home. If someone asked me about recommendations, I am not sure...

I visited this establishment about a month ago and drove about 2 hours from Detroit. One, because I knew it was owned by a black woman and I am an advocate of supporting black owned businesses. And two, because I had heard so many great things about it. The ambience was beautiful. Although, it is a rather small place (had about 4-5 tables inside and a few outside), the set up was really nice and there was also a nice decorative area with a ring light for taking your own selfies. That was pretty neat. Our waitress was so nice, professional and helpful that I had mistaken her for the owner. She pointed out the owner to us who didn't perceive to be very friendly ( I thought she was a waitress) and never greeted us. Although, she had greeted all the other guests (a few times). When she did approach our table it was only to see if we were ready to pay. I want to give the establishment a 5 star. However, I feel the owner could have been a little more friendly and make time to greet ALL customers (even if you are a little busy). Making time to let your customers know that you appreciate their business and getting feedback on their experience is not only professional but much...

I have traveled the world and tried some wines. Best wine I have ever had in my life was found at this beautiful place. Make a reservation and go have a tasting before you won't be able to. The wine, atmosphere, staff, and food were all amazing. Jay a beautiful woman I met at our hotel gave me the recommended and she did me a huge solid. Nicole the owner was introduced to us and when she found out we were celebrating my friends Birthday she gave us a glass of Brut. It was a fantastic gift. We got lucky and had a tasting and a reservation no showed so we got to experience the food as well as the wine. The avocado toast was also truly delicious. Even if you think you can make it at home you do not make it like this one!!! I won't say what wine touched my soul, because that is what makes the experience fun.

Wine was delicious. Reason for 3 stars is we were asked if we had a reservation when we arrived and there were several empty tables. We were seated at the window seat in the direct blinding sun where it was very warm. Generally when you go for tastings you hear the story about how the wine maker got into the business and a little about their process. We were directed to read a printout when we first asked. So we asked again after we said we looked over those but wanted to hear the story. One of our waitresses opened up a little about the story. The best experiences in wine tasting is the story behind the why you do it. Wine tasting is all about the experience. I can go anywhere to order a glass of wine and have a similar experience.

This was my first time to this winery! It’s about 5 minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and easy to get to! We ordered the pink starburst and chocolate mousse shot - both were very delicious. We also ordered a slushee flight- my favorite was the sangria! If you are a wine lover, this is definitely the place to visit! There are many options to choose from here and a great menu. The staff were helpful and wonderful, and I definitely recommend visiting here if you are looking for a new spot to try! Prices are great and service is unbeatable!
