A Sip of Montana — Restaurant in Kalispell

This place is really cool and I highly recommend visiting! My partner and I are visiting from Cincinnati and we were a bit skeptical at first due to its hole-in-the-wall-next-to-a-gas-station outward appearance, but I’m so glad we stopped in! We ended up coming back a second time during our short stay because the food, beer, and people were awesome!

Things to know if you’re visiting from out of town—people in the area are just…genuinely nice. It was a bit of a culture shock for me and my partner at first. Originally, we were a little weirded out that random strangers will just say hello to you walking down the street or when you’re quietly existing inside a bar, because where we’re from, random strangers speaking to you means something entirely different. Apparently though, that’s just how people are here.

Came here after reading reviews .. was not disappointed!!! Friday night karaoke is a blast! Bartender was AMAZING! Did some singing while bartending.. pretty impressive! We had a good vantage point into the kitchen and at the end of the night they were scrubbing the wall! I mean I've worked in a lot of kitchens and sure didn't scrub the walls at night! Amazing...

Traveling through glacier and came across this place. Next to the gas station. When inside to see what it was like, would highly recommend you stop as well.
