Customer service from the owner himself was the poorest I’ve ever experienced in my life. I came all the way from Florida to have an Italian beef, so thats what I ordered. The pricing came out to be higher than expected, so I asked him what was included in the total.

He said that he was not there to explain pricing to me and to just sign the receipt. I then pulled my own calculator out and asked for the state tax. He stated that he did not know. He then began to defame my character and insult my knowledge. He went so far as to say that I was a horrible customer and he did not ever want to see me again.

I immediately requested a refund. He stated that I’d have to return in an hour because he didn’t have the time to do that. He continued on to say that “you all” can go where you please to spend your money.

There was a young oriental guy behind me and he made sure to treat him with respect. As soon as he left the store the owner continued to say how horrible of a customer I was. This was the worst experience in ALL INDUSTRIES.

Picture it. Me in The Kee. After 9pm. And I’m hungry. Seems that the only thing that’s open is THE GOLDEN ARCHES. :(

My dad suggested this place. He never leads me wrong, so I was open to try it. And what a GOOD TRY it was!!!

Glad to see folks wearing masks. We are STILL in the middle of a pandemic. Not a lot of folks inside, so being socially distant was easy, but just enough waited in the car for our food to be prepared. 10 minutes & we were on the way. W-I-N-N-I-N-G!!!

The food was piping hot. The fries were tasty & didn’t need to have salt added. The shrimp were well seasoned, I was happy about this. I didn’t eat the sliced bread, I had devoured enough carbs & I was good-good!!!

The preparation time was swift and this was greatly appreciated as I was famished.

Friendly staff. Private parking lot. Fair pricing. Good portion sizes.

We got 30 pcs of chicken legs and thighs, 5 cups of coleslaw, 1/2 pan size of fries, and 1/2 pan size of onion rings for my girlfriend's and mom's birthday dinner from here and the food was very tasty. I didn't eat the coleslaw because I'm not the biggest fan of it, to begin with, but everything else is delicious. Since we ordered a lot of food the total was $102 - a bit pricey but we ordered a lot of food. The place itself - needs some fixing. The place doesn't look the best on the inside that's why I rated the atmosphere 3/10 because it could use some remodeling. Just letting you know so you're not surprised when you enter the place. Would I recommend eating inside probably not (Because of how the place looks inside), but ordering from here I think I would. But this is my personal opinion. I'm not sick and I'm not dead so I'd say it's safe to eat...
