I wish I could leave a negative star review. Went in to enjoy a beer and just chill. Minute I walked in I was addressed by the owner of the place whom was sitting at the bar drinking. He was with two women and he began to ask me if I was a Democrat. This was out of the blue and had no idea why I was being asked this. I said I do not want to discuss politics and came here to just have a beer and relax. He began to berate me on what side I was on and whom I've voted for and whom I need to vote for. I then told the bartender I want me check and I want to leave. She apologized for her boss. I have never experienced anything like this before and could not believe how I was target for no reason. If it is your first time coming here. I suggest always going to the bar and grabbing the bartender’s attention for service. I’ve been coming to this bar since the early 2000s I heard about this place from some of my bar poker friends about having poker during the day and nights. The only way you will get good service if you go up to the bar. The Food is good depending on who’s cooking. I recommend their Sliders, Nachos, Chicken Strips, Fish, Potato Skins. If you happen to be there for their lunch specials Biscuits & Gravy. Their Breakfast option is good too. The pricing of food and beverage is average. This review is not towards the nightly staff. All the late night girls are amazing! We decided to stop in earlier than normal on 03/15 after snake Saturday festivities. Never ever again as long as Jen, the daytime bartender is working. The place wasn’t busy at all and it took her forever to even acknowledge us. She was rude and had a very condescending tone. We witnessed her tell a group of people that they needed to calm down for being loud (they definitely were not loud) Uh hello… it’s a bar!!!
