Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Kansas City

This was my worst experience at any Church's Chicken. The sign at the drive through promoting the new garlic butter shrimp was positioned so badly that neither me, as the passenger, nor the driver could see anything about the options available as our side mirror blocked it from both of us. We ordered unsweetened tea with the 3 combo meals. When we got to the window, we were asked to confirm that we had ordered unsweet tea and a fruit punch. We cleared that up. We had also ordered French fries as the side with each combo. The person taking our order even repeated, "Fries as the side all around." Not a question. When our food was handed to us, we had 2 sides of mashed potatoes. We told them that was not what we ordered. They took the potatoes back and returned with a plastic bag holding what looked like a large handful of fries. At this point, we pulled into a parking spot, checked to confirm there were no fries in the two chicken combo meals. My companion went into the restaurant with those meals to confirm we had received the fries we paid for. He came out indicating the fries in the bag were 2 small fries in a large serving packet. I'm sure it doesn't surprise you that I don't believe it. One of 5he combos we got included the new garlic butter shrimp. All I can say is I truly love garlic and these were way too garlicky. Since when a customer has an honest complaint they tried to call the store to let them know. But this particular Church's Chicken does not answer their phone I've been calling repeatedly with no response. I used to come to this location for a long time and always had great service always had my orders correctly recently the last several and I mean several times I've been there they have either missed my drink, missed Side, my chicken was incorrectly. I just find it really inconvenient when you go all the way home and not once but twice and not once but twice but even three times my orders wrong or missing items that I paid for!
