My husband and I love Freddy's, however, at this particular location we do not receive proper customer service, especially in the drive-thru. Last night was one of the worst experiences to date! The wait was not a big deal (but we did wait 10 mins when we arrived at the window), it was the cashier at the window. My husband and I were both polite said please and thank you. Not once did the cashier give any type of reply. She pretty much shoved our food at us. I would have ignored that but after checking the bag and realizing that we were given the wrong order, I then became a very unhappy customer! My husband went inside (he wasn't very nice about it) and let the employee know that they were rude, gave us the wrong order. Another employee then said, "she is sick sir". My husband replied that if she is that sick to where she can't properly do her job, then she shouldn't be at work! My husband came back with the correct order and said that the food that were given belonged to the gentleman behind us and that he is waiting for his food. We both decided that this was our last time visiting this particular Freddy's!
This particular cashier that worked the drive-thru, is always rude whenever we go there. No customer service skills! As for the manager or shift lead, whichever was on duty last night, how dare you keep an employee at work who is sick! No gloves, no mask, you're just to blame! I don't care how short staffed you are, you should have sent her home! As a FOH manager at a restaurant at the Legend's, I am highly disappointed in both the staff and management. Believe me when I say that, if any of my staff members, treated a guest poorly, they are immediately sent home!

Read moreI went to this location with my family this evening. We have been long time customers of the Lenexa location, a franchise store. That's a 25 minute drive though, and so we wanted to give this location a chance, even though it's a corporate store and have not heard good things about it. Sadly, it was not a great experience. it took 8-9 minutes before the employees even started on our concretes. They were not busy...we were the only customers in the store. there were very few cars in the drive through. we finally received our orders 15 minutes later (again...we only ordered concretes, and we were the ONLY customers in the store). I started eating mine, a PBC&B, but it was missing bananas. They never said anything to me about being out of bananas...when I ordered it, or when they were making it. it tasted sickeningly like fake banana flavor, I could barely taste anything else. I had to take it back and asked them to fix it. The supervisor greeted me at the counter and happily agreed to fix me a different concrete. I asked him if it would take 15 minutes again and one of the employees then argued that it did not take 15 minutes. We then showed the manager our receipt with the time stamp. The only reason i'm giving my review 2 stars is because the manager was very nice, apologetic, and gave us comp cards that can be used at any location. I don't know if I will be returning to this location. Maybe I'll give it another...
Read moreNot a surprise seeing such a low rating for this business off of Parallel Parkway in KCK. I had stopped in for a meal and had a complimentary combo ticket which was provided by the Freddy's in Lansing Kansas due to their error of a meal mishap a few weeks back. When i showed the ticket to the cashier, she called over another person whom then contacted the Manager of the store. He looked at the ticket and stated it did not look legitimate. I answered with a question: 'Are you telling me i'm trying to hustle you?' He replied that nothing on the ticket was correct and did not recognize the signature. The 'valid date' was not filled in nor any other information required. I politely took back the ticket and stated 'I apologize for your upper Management for not training their staff correctly' and walked out. It is a shame that some businesses (chains) do not have the knowledge nor common sense of how to treat a customer. Freddy's had been one of my various fast food places when short on time traveling, but have now scratched them completely off my list. The worst part is that certain Freddy locations consistently receive poor reviews which tells a story of Freddy's...
