Monday December 9th, 2024, I ordered a 20 pc party wing, fries, coleslaw, white cake with strawberry, and carrot cake. The fries were extremely soggy and soft. The grease soaked through the bag. Both cakes were INSANELY DRY! I picked it up with my hands and it felt like I was rubbing powder through my fingers it was hard.Those cakes were old and she still served them to us. That was soo disrespectful. Not even 30 seconds later we tried to up grade to the full wings which would have been more money for their business and the lady with NO customer service ability at all tells us it is to late to change it. I ordered my food 20 minuets before I left the house. I get there thinking I would grab my food and go and I be damned if I had to stand in a 20 minute line just to let them know that I placed an online order. The first window I stood at I told the man I already paid online and he made me stand in the line to the left of me .. idk why but I had to stand in a line for 15 min until I spoke with a lady...Then after I confirmed who I was I was told to go back to his window and get my food!
