This was my first time dining here. First off, the food was delicious!
The reason for 3 stars is due to the lack of clearly present communication regarding the 10% service charge automatically added to all orders. There’s a small sign that the cashier pointed to after I asked about the charge once I received my receipt.
I understand the need to ensure employees receive a living wage but I feel that you need to make it very clear that there is a charge so diners can decide if this is a charge they are willing to pay and, most importantly, so diners that DO tip service workers are not tipping at 40%. There’s a tip jar and I tipped $3.75 on a $9.99 meal because the cashier was friendly and helped me with my order. I look at my receipt and learn that I also tipped $1.04 via the automatic service charge. For my $10 meal I tipped $4.79.
Also, the service charge you are charging is more than 10%. It’s actually 10.5% I know that may not seem like a lot but it adds up. So, I’d also suggest you let the customers know you’re charging 10.5%.

What you can't miss about this place is the vibe is very authentic and shows the history of the place. Pictures adorn the walls and the tables and chairs make you feel like you are on the east coast. Two different counters for pickup of to-go orders and one to order at to stay.
I ordered mine to go and I think it could have been even better if I had eaten in there. The place is pretty big and clean. The staff is polite and friendly, a cast of long-time employees that care.
As I pulled off and the smell started to take over I almost pulled over to take a bite of my chicken parm sandwich, cooler heads prevailed.
The food quality, overall value, and people will have me coming back. This has been added to the rotation and I am very happy to have a real Italian...

If you happen to work nearby, consider it your oasis if you’re desperately seeking refuge from the golden arches of McDonald's. But let’s just say, your taste buds might still feel like they’ve been shortchanged.
The dishes arrive looking like they stepped straight out of a food blogger’s dream—Instagrammable, even! But sadly, the camera adds flavor that the dish forgot to pack. The seasoning seems to be playing hide-and-seek, and sometimes, you might get a surprise mouthful of dryness that even a camel would find relatable.
Overall, it’s giving off strong “Olive Garden, but make it boutique” vibes. So if you’re feeling adventurous (and carrying your own salt shaker), this could be your new midday escape. If not, well… there’s...
