My husband and I went to the location off 63rd. There was only one car ahead of us. We ordered our 2 drinks and waited almost 10 mins for the car ahead of us to get his drink. When we got the window the young lady working did not acknowledge us at all, didn't apologize for the long wait. She told us the total and we paid with our app, she scanned it and said nothing. She rudely handed us our two drinks and then asked if we had a peanut butter drink. We told her yes and she told my husband she needed to scan our app again bc it was on two separate orders. Before we could process what she was talking about she handed us an additional drink. My husband apologized and told her we only had the two drinks. She then walked off and shoved a paper and pen at him stating she needed our name and number to get a refund bc we told her it was ours. She was so hateful and rude we decided to forego leaving our information and told we would just take the drink. Our drinks were awful as well. They had no flavor and tasted very flat. I love scooters and I'm disappointed in the service and drinks we received. I definitely will not be returning to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think every scooter's needs to have a big mood ring on top of the store. One day they're nice and wonderful The pricing and quantities are one way. Then the next day everything completely changes; People aren't so friendly even ones that you've worked with before all of a sudden they don't know you they're not chatty any longer Big frowns. And every time they make a change act like it's always been that way and it always is that way and somehow your fault if you expect otherwise. The management of scooters needs to get a reality check! Then they tell you they're trying to get consistent, but then they're not. Every time you go it's like you don't know what to expect price-wise or in terms of additives. I've really...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove scooters coffee itās always delicious and comforting. A particular employee has ruined my experience. I politely ordered my drink and then when I got to the window the employee made sure to tell me how ugly he thought my voice was. He said that I should call God and tell God to give me a new voice. And that I was too pretty to have the voice I have. Yes he said all that verbatim. I donāt understand what my voice has to do with getting coffee. My husband very much loves my voice and I let the employee know that I myself didnāt think anything was wrong with my voice. I just thought it was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I Can visit so many other scooters locations. This makes me want to go to...
