Read moreI normally get good service when going to this location 1420 prospect ave 64127 but today I had an issue with my order so I took it inside and Maria the manager that also handled my order at the window was very rude. All I ask for what I ordered changed to something else which was less value which I would get money back for the difference. When I took my order in Maria says huh just throw it away looks like you already ate it away (I took two bites and the shell was hard as hell! Not fresh).. Maria took fifteen minutes to bring me my amount difference. Then she slammed my money on the counter and walked away while I was standing near a table instead of handing it to me any one could have grabbed my money! VERY RUDE!. The African American lady that was making orders was sweet although she accidentally gave me the wrong order which she apologized for, The lady says hold on I'm going to make the right order. Maria told her no! No more orders for her ( talking about me I was confused). The lady making orders said Yea I'm making her another order I gave her the wrong order. I ask Maria her name she refused to tell me I ask her for my receipt she didn't want to give it to me until I started saying I'm calling Corporate! Read moreNormally not had a problem here but today had a VERY negative experience. Ordered on the app with pick up in store and walked 15 min to the store, arrived to all doors locked. Waited for my order to be ready, had to go to both doors all for an employee to be very rude to me. Told me they were drive through only, would not talk to me closed the door on me and walked away. Said they did not do walkups (which i understand) and when I said to just cancel the order there was no more communication.
As we walked away, him and another employee stood outside to smoke at the door we had been waiting at.
If the app was updated to not have pickup in store, I wouldn't even be making this review because I would have left immediately upon seeing the door was closed.
