Kind of a hit or miss. Shift in the mornings are not welcoming, especially the girl manager in the morning who seems like she just wants customers to leave asap. Mid shift and night shift are both ok, depending on who you get to talk to you can have a good or really bad experience here. I don't enjoy the small "lobby" but I understand why they don't have a lobby in the first place. Lots of crazy people around here, and loads more homeless people seeking shelter to the point of harassing/threatening customers and employees. Bullet proof windows are a nice touch, I don't enjoy the speaker much though. Mid shift seems to avoid people and are the slowest by far, night shift has a charismatic woman in the window or sometimes a grouchy looking white girl. I've had better experiences going through at night, more amicable, more precise and accurate, and much faster. Service, overall, is 3/10 and could be better if morning and mid shift learned from the night shift crew. Any problems I have get resolved easily by night shift, every problem I've had before that shift (cold food, wrong items, modification not followed) I usually get met by snarky comments from managers who don't seem to believe me despite me handing over the food. I understand it's new, but morning and mid shift managers should learn to be nice to customers because not all of us are looking for an argument. Night shift male manager listened to my discontent and immediately fixed the issue without fuss. And, again, the woman with the red hair is extremely amicable and loads of fun to talk to. I suggest going at...
Read moreThe night shift, well the whole staff, need training in customer service. The attitudes of all the employees seem too mimick a bad experience. They always run out of cups are forks, showing the manager has no training in inventory nor sells, they have drop food on the floor then get upset when u ask them to replace the item that has touched the floor. Just because the store is located in a area of property, taco bell C.E.O. needs to fire everyone and start over with people who are trained in professionalism hospitality and more so the state needs to pop up and see if the employees have they food...

My husband ordered a large Mt Dew Baja Blast freeze and when we got to the window they handed us the drink in a small size cup. The manager on duty assured me that what we got was considered large. I asked to see what a small cup looked like and they didn't have any......... I definitely got robbed on this one ..... Never...
