The take out orders… woof. I ordered online at their website and showed up for pick up at the estimated completion time. There were at least 15 delivery drivers huddled in the entry way waiting for orders from different delivery systems. The poor staff was running around frantically trying to manage all of the orders and tempers were high for everyone - delivery drivers and staff. I was told my order would be 10 more minutes so we waited outside. The number of people in and out to pick up orders was truly insane, but explains why they told me it was going to be another 15 minutes when I went back to the counter after first 10 minutes. With that much chaos, it’s not a surprise that half of our food was cold while the other was hot and not to mention that it was all slapped together and thrown haphazardly in the bag. My curry was clearly cooked with another because it had meat and tofu, and I also found hair in it. The apps and the soup were good though, regardless of appearance.
I really hope the restaurant management reconsiders how many delivery services they’re using or hires more staff to support the large number of orders because it’s directly impacting the experience. I’d also recommend they reevaluate their entryway since it was packed with 15-25 people over the entire 30 minutes I was...
Read moreI've seen poor customer service, but this takes the cake. So we ordered through grub hub and were told it would take up to 20 minutes for the order.
I get there and was told that they couldn't log in to grub hub because the manager was out of town and they didn't have the log in credentials. I thought it was odd that they wouldn't have that information, but whatever. They took my order there and got the food out to me in about 30 minutes.
I take the food and leave because I'm already running late. I get home and find items missing from my order. I call up and mention that they forgot to give me part of my order, the lady laughs and proceeds to tell me she forgot.
I asked her to remove the item on my order and she refused to do so, saying that I had to come back and get the items.
Who does that to a paying customer? Then to add on the food was about average
Too many great Thai places in the city like Thai Restaurant and Mali Thai Bistro for anyone to waste their money on a poorly ran establishment such as this.

Read moreGreat food but the service... Awful. We are nice people for the most part and had literally not done or said anything when the disrespect started. She literally got mad we were not ready to order when we sat down then walked away quickly and wouldn't even take a drink order. We never responded to the disrespect the lady serving us gave but I don't think I've ever felt more hated without saying or doing anything. When she brought us food or drinks she slammed it on the table. It's like the waitress felt we were unimportant while also annoyed with our very existence. People shouldn't have to put up with someone mean and meanacing when they haven't said or done anything. I have been going here for years but... That's so bad I don't know if we can go back. This was like 530 on Tuesday August 6th it wasn't even mildly busy. Again food was great and this was a fairly isolated incident. They are never the most welcoming but this was past that and was just downright nasty. Side note the lady who usually seats us and the lady who refilled our water...
