so, the food was good, but the service was not. I went through drive through and had a semi complicated order. 4 different sandwiches and all of them were special. the issue was that they forgot to put one of them in my bag. Because I have been burned in the past, I always check the bags before I drive off and noticed one was missing. so, I went inside to get my burger. only one in the lounge and just stood there for about 5 min while employees looked at me and continued on as if I was not there. finally, when the person working the front counter, who had been looking at me occasionally, decided to help me I told him I was missing a burger from my drive through order. before I could tell him what it was, he told me what it was. I said yes that is what I am missing. the part that is infuriating that he knew they missed an item for drive through and just decided not to try and give me my burger and let me stand there for 5 min without asking what I needed. Very often they have no bread or the milkshakes machine is down and pretty major deficiencies and out of stocks. Buns always cold and cheese not melted as their equipment sucks. Profits are good as they can afford a store remodel, but they cannot seem to run and properly order or keep in stock the actual product and equipment needed. It is unfortunate. Been here four years and nearly half of the encounters with this place they have an excuse as to why you cannot have it your way. The employees are nice and not their fault, but place is run very poorly ir the chain cannot seem to get them what they need to carry the name. Read moreI only come here once every year or so, and every single time I say to myself "oh wow this place has a bad reputation from every time, and every time I've come here has been pretty bad, I MUST luck out this time." Nope. The same place that gave me food sickness, has never gotten my order right every time I've given the benefit of the doubt, I just get disappointed once again.
