Three Fires Steakhouse — Restaurant in Kansas

This place has gone way downhill...4 of us - 1 - baked loaded potato ice cold, petite filet was really tiny...2- prime rib was cold & asparagus was yellow & the oscar side was not "oscar" & not worth $10 !!! 3rd - shrimp alfredo was cold...took it back & came back HOT with 4 shrimp not 5...4th fried shrimp was cold...brought another & was burnt !!! Our server once he took our order we never saw him until food came out -- never got bread...ordered a 2nd beer & he delivered it 30 min. later - we had finished our dinners!!! This place was not busy -- it took 2 hrs to have dinner! Wow, so disappointed -- this WAS our favorite place to go! Will not make the drive -- will go to Blond Tiger & Texas Roadhouse...

The food was good and I was really enjoying it the chef even came out and talked to us sounds great right? Well it was until I realized our table had perfect view of the station they finish playing the food at (adding garnish etc) and the chef was not wearing a mask or gloves which normally wouldn’t bother me but COVID. He was using his bare hands to scoop mashed potatoes and put them in the baked potatoes the same with the cheese going on those potatoes. And he would do that then go and touch the same shaker for the herbs they were putting on things every other server was touching with their gloves touching dirty towels etc and not even washing his hands between each one! Really put a damper on...

The steak tasted like it was rotten. You know after meat goes bad ot has smell rotten meat has? That's how it tasted. My husband's Fettuccine Alfredo was in desperate need of seasoning, it was very, very bland. The Margaritas were so weet they tasted like lime syrup. The best part of the meal was the wait staff and the bread. Well, they did comp the Margaritas so that was a thing. I'm disappointed, I used to love going there.

We've been visitors to 3Fires before on many numerous occasions. Over the past 3 years the food quality has steadily gone down hill.....We don't do the buffet at all because it's so bad. I'm pretty sure we've just had our last...
