1991 Kitchen — Restaurant in Kathio Township

Don't bother finding something you like here because it'll just be removed from the menu next week..... like everything my husband and I have liked has been... over the years THEY themselves are ruining this restaurant. Why ruin a good thing............stop removing stuff from the menu........they took spaghetti off again like its so hard to cook... . And replaced it with a turkey sandiwch...sandwich.... the least u could've done is added like a meatloaf meal since that too is easy and still good... nobody wants your nasty chicken Alfredo woth that fake canned pre cooked chicken , it once was a fresh grilled chicken breast on top and was good, but they changed that too......... and now I won't even order that........ stop messing woth the only 2 pastas u have on the menu.......

This WAS mine and my husbands favorite place ever until recently...We even went there on our wedding night to eat!! BRING BACK MY SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 1991 DINER!!!!!! And my husbands porterhouse!!! 😭😡 I couldnt find a meatball I liked anywhere but here, and now it's gone.. and my husband swore that porterhouse was the best steak he's ever had! And now the entire spaghetti dish is gone and his porterhouse and his crab legs and the rest of the menu is tiny!!! And I swore my chicken Alfredo was CANNED chicken . it IS NOT A GRILLED BREAST sliced on top like it once was. And was gummy. That USED to be good too, not anymore with that chicken.. It seriously tasted canned. No longer impressed and am actually upset they'd take the simplest meal of spaghetti, right off the menu...🥴 better lower those prices if you plan to keep customers because this was a SERIOUS let down to us! If there isn't good pasta options, count me out! I take my 5* review back and update for a 2* now.

Edit:The last time we went the spaghetti was back that time but I'm not getting my hopes up it'll stay, if it does great!!! Next give the fresh grilled sliced chicken breast in the alfredo another shot bc im pretty sure it is canned or something its so different than the first handful of times i got it...last time i asked for no chicken because it was so terrible. I know fresh grilled chicken breast, and that Wasn't it. Canned shouldn't be allowed. Or whatever you consider that🤮 Also porterhouse is still gone and NOW even the crab legs were gone last time we went. Hopefully it is temporary because this restaurant was our #1 pick until the menu changes all started. Too small of a menu!! I want the original normal menu back! When that happens a consistent number of times I'll update my review again! I'll be there this coming weekend one of the days and I will update when I have time! They are always pretty busy every time we are in there so they should leave the menu alone. Clearly people liked it how it was.

update 2: Spaghetti is still there THANKFULLY! 😍 Alfredo is still the weird diced boiled canned looking chicken and no longer the fresh grilled breast sliced on top though....🤮 The porterhouse and crab legs are still not back! 😏 They need to bring it back. It was the best steak around, and we have been ALL over. Or at least bring back the crab legs! Jeez! 😥🙏 My husbands been having to get the walleye meal which he loves but once they remove that like they have his other favorites, we sadly won't be back. Because that's the last thing he orders off their menu. 😓 Everything else we can basically go to plums and get. Just keep things how they were.. Quit changing what doesn't need changing. We already can't have the buffet, and have a pointless burger bar that always looks empty probably BC the menu is odd.. Don't take anything else away or the diner will end up the next place closed! 😭

Update 3: the last few times we went it has been great! I do wish they had meatloaf as a menu item or at least a Friday and saturday night special option, I love their meatloaf and had it one night it was on special but every weekend we have been there since i haven't seen it again. I'm not a steak or seafood person so the meatloaf was a great option id love to see...

We were taken to our seats where we waited over 5 minutes before they even asked for our drinks. The dude that was our server seemed super stoned or something idk what his deal was. We ordered 2 burger baskets with fries and cheese curds It took well over 20 minutes and the appetizer didn’t come till after we got our food. So we get out burgers and they gave my girlfriend MASHED POTATOES!! who tf orders MASHED POTATOES with a burger. So then they scrape the potatoes off and don’t even get her a new plate they had gravy all over her burger and remnants of mashed potato on her plate. we notified the server and they didn’t seem to care one bit. They gave us half off of our cheese curds. Then I paid our bill with 100 my change was 76.97 after I used some comps and our server brought my change back and he only gave me 35$!!!!! I had to call him back over there and said he made a mistake and under his breath he was all like “oh I’m sorry I’d never try to steal I wouldn’t steal” never said anything about stealing. Obviously you were trying to get a tip for your absolutely disgusting attitude and terrible service. I’ll never go back here to eat again. Worst experience I have EVER had at a restaurant. You’d think they’d be held to a higher standard considering how much money flows through that place. A complete disgrace and...

Bartender was horribly rude and more worried about herself and her personal customers visiting her than someone with a simple question. Pretty restaurant, but that's about it. Paid $50 and threw ALL the food away. Burger was ice cold and fries and curds were flash fried to warm up, then I was told it was my fault for not asking her if they were done 15 minutes ago. I have never been treated so horribly by a staff member of grand casino as I was in this restaurant. All because I waited the 25 minutes she told me to wait and didn't ask her where my food was.....I was standing in front of her the entire...
