So, I love Pacos and I generally order three Tacos for myself and many more for my family. I have 2 boys so we end up ordering at least 10 tacos. We live close, and we end up there at least once a week.
As of recently, you no longer allow customers to have more than one VERY SMALL container of Salsa of each type. At that, the container wasnt even full. The amount in the container is tiny. For the beef tacos that I took home, the amount of salsa rendered the experience completely different than I was used to. The taco is now too dry without it - think french fries without the amount of Ketchup that you want and you get the drift.
I understand that a few heavy salsa addicts have ruined it for the rest of us but I think salsa is a good loss leader for a moderately priced taco to keep the experience as customers expect.
Anyway, please consider the one ounce container for the salsa as a realistic amount for take out orders. I’d be happy to add more stars, but my wife loves sauce ans I do, and realistically most other taco places consider salsa a given for happy customers - neither of us had the same experience as...
Read moreLooked over the reviews before my wife and I decided to try this place. After eating here I had a different opinion of this poorly run place. As we walked up to order the women who took our order was out on the deck cleaning off a table. We greeted her and she just looked at us and said nothing. She came back in and took our order. When we received our orders my wives chicken salad was extremely small. They told her that they did not offer dressing or salsa for her salad. She got a small dollop of sour cream and asked for more. They said that they were going to charge her $2.00 for it. We already paid $35.00 already for the both of us. Did not get this. On my steak burrito the meat was cut up so small it was hard to taste the flavor. My wives chicken was the same. Not only did they not great us, they did not thank us. They acted like they could not care less for our business. We will not return to this...
Read moreIf this is "the best tacos on the island" then don't get any while you're here. Spent $50 on 6 tacos and carne asada fries which at $5 a taco is too much. The fish way so over cooked and flavorless it was like eating a dense rubbery sponge 2/10. The carne asada tacos were so over cooked and flavorless that my wife's jaw was tired from chewing and wouldn't finish them 1/10. The Asada fries were edible unlike the tacos but 1 small spoonful of salsa and sour cream is not enough for an entire plate of fries which made unfortunately still not worth getting 5/10. I would not recommend going here. Also the food looks good but doesn't taste good so don't let the pics fool you. I think this is the worst Mexican food...
