En route to Ha’ena State Park and I began looking for a breakfast place to stop at. Red Eye Snack Shack caught my eye and the menu looked really good so we decided to stop in.

We walked in at around 9 AM on a Sunday and we ended up being the only ones there. Our waitress was super friendly, chatty, and attentive to our table and gave some great menu suggestions.

I got the Kanak Attack Breakfast as my entree which came with either a pancake or waffle, 3 eggs, 2 choices of meat, toast, and rice. I chose Bacon, Portuguese Sausage, Sourough, and upgraded to the Hawaiian Fried rice. All around, everything was fantastic! The eggs were cooked perfectly, the pancake was good, the fried rice was phenomenal, and the bacon and sausage were super flavorful and cooked perfectly.

I also tried out the Banana bread since it was known to be some of the best on the island and it was pretty good!

Overall, this was easily my favorite breakfast spot we went to on Kauai. If you’re driving on Kuhio Highway looking for a good spot, the Red Eye Snack Shack is a winner! I will easily come back if I’m...

New grinds in a nostalgic location = YES PLEASE! Staff is on point, vibes are auspicious on what's to come (fantastic murals by long time local Kaua'i artists!), food is MOPS (means really good for you non-pidgin speakers) & chef is knowledgeable & accommodating. Introduced myself to All Red Eye's Snack Shop by grinding some of those ono kalo waffles... Did not disappoint! Even the syrups were delicious; not like fake sugary kind. My pal very much enjoyed her avocado toast on steroids & I wanted to sample, but she licked the plate lol. Fantastic location in the old Pineapple Store; best place for locals & tourists to beat the traffic, enjoy some local swag & grinds plus just cruise. Will be back; probably be a regular because support local + good grinds + Kaua'i vibes = WINNING! Great job Kealoha & the All Red Eye Fam; we rooting for your...

Attempted to eat here on a Saturday morning at about 9:30 am…30 minutes after they aew scheduled to open. Door was locked. No signs. There was a man there sweeping the shop so we inquired if they were closed. He said no but the lady had gone to pick up pineapples and would be back in about 10 minutes. We asked if we could wander the store while we waited. Lights were off in the store. Looked like no inehad done any prep for cooking. Ovens not on etc. Total bummer since we had Uber there. Had there at least been a sign we could have had our Uber take us somewhere else. Instead, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for another ride. The lady had just gotten back to the store when our...

I would have never thought this had meals available. We stopped in for fresh pineapple and ended up staying for breakfast. This was by far the absolute best breakfast we have had since arriving to the island for the 3rd time! The kids had wonderful pancake waffles, my husband had an avocado toast with greens, cheeses, and shrimp, I had the most tasty breakfast burrito!! Large portion sizes and oh so yummy! It was a fun, relaxed atmosphere with island music and games to enjoy! The funky monkey smoothies and coconut coffee were 👍🏻!!
