I had the pleasure of eating at the Green Pig for the first time today. I was going back and forth about what to get and the nice lady suggested the fat boy. Prok belly sandwich with coleslaw Dijon and tomatoes... I was a little leery since I don't like the taste of mustard... I said what the hell, and ordered it without tomatoes. It came with fries.. I love fries, these fries were very good... Screw the fries. That fat boy sandwich is my favorite sandwich of all time! I devoured the sandwich the pork belly and coleslaw was unfreaking believable.
