I'm no chef but I do and know SMOKED MEATS. I BELIEVE this could be at least a 4 star, BUT today's PQQ, did not go that way. Let me explain. I FELT the Price is right compared to Quantity (I was full and my friends order filled him up). The problem that I saw when we dug into the meal was that my sliced Brisket and Bacon Burnt Ends were dry. My buddy's St. Louis and Baby Back Ribs were also dry. I believe this was the result of being pre cut for faster service. This really isn't a problem when cut a short time before but the look of the cut ends and slices said it was done at least an hr. before. This is a food truck Based in Kaysville and I received my food in Park City. Again, the meats flavors and the ribs "bark" were pretty good. My complaint was that it was dry. The Cornbread, Dutch Oven Potatoes, and BBQ Beans were very good and hot. I believe if the meat is cut to order, it will be awesome and I hope to try them again.

WOW!!! First time trying Devils Pit BBQ!! Let me tell you, the BBQ pulled pork sandwich melts in your mouth like nothing you’ve ever tried!! The potatoes and beans! Yum!!! And the dessert, ugh!! We’ll take 2nds 3rds 4ths!! Just keep ‘em coming!!! Lucifer went above and beyond to meet the particular food request that my special needs son asked for and before we were 5 miles away his food was gone! And my picky 9 year old said he didn’t want any then took a bite of my sandwich and woofed the whole thing down before I could blink!! Please follow him on instagram! Facebook! And you must try his sauces and food! They have dog treats too!! Our little guy loved his surprise we brought him home!! Thank you for going above and beyond and cooking us our dinner for tonight!! GREAT PRICES!! Only request is adding Chicken Legs to your menu😋

Sorry but this was a big fail. Coleslaw was a mix that was about 1 cup with a sweetened ranch that was served on the side. Potato salad was some small undercooked, diced red potatoes with a mayo, vinegar dressing served on the side. Would have tasted somewhat better if the salads had been mixed and so they could absorb some flavor. Looked nothing like the picture. Pulled pork was a flattened piece of cold, tasteless meat and the brisket was dry and flavorless. The bbq sauces were cloyingly sweet, although they were supposed to be chipotle. They had come to Brigham City today. I am guessing that they cannot handle constructive criticism as they have blocked me from their FB page.

Devil's Pit BBQ Food truck is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves great barbecue. From the moment you walk up to the truck, you can tell that the owner takes great pride in his food. One of the standout features of Devil's Pit BBQ is their wide selection of sauces. Whether you prefer your meat smoky and spicy or sweet and tangy, they have a sauce to suit your taste. Each sauce is made in-house and features a unique blend of spices and flavors that complement the meat perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the spicy habanero and scorpion pepper sauce, which had just the right amount of heat without overwhelming the other flavors. His rasberry spicy sauce is a must try. The meat itself is also outstanding. Whether you opt for the ribs or pulled pork, you can tell that the pitmaster takes great care in preparing it. The meat is tender and juicy, with a rich smoky flavor that is the hallmark of great barbecue. But what really sets Devil's Pit BBQ apart is the owner. He is a genuinely nice guy who clearly loves what he does. He takes the time to talk to customers and make sure that everyone is happy with their meal. You can tell that he takes great pride in his food, and that pride is reflected in every aspect of the experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Devil's Pit BBQ to anyone looking for great barbecue. The food is delicious, the sauces are outstanding, and the owner is a true gem. Don't miss out on this fantastic...

Pretty good BBQ food truck in Farmington (occasionally parked at the Smiths in Farmington). We love supporting local/small business! Service was great and quick. We ordered the brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. The guy gave us the brats for free since it's the only thing we didn't order lol. Everything was vacuum sealed so things stayed "fresh" and mess free on the way home.

The ribs were fall apart good, the kids totally loved those. Pulled pork was flavorful and filling. Brisket was alright, definitely needed a sauce to dip in. Brats were underwhelming for me personally. Great meat and texture. A somewhat flat flavor. Bbq sauces were all on the sweet side. Good flavors though, unique.

Baked beans were great. Dutch oven potatoes.... a bit of a miss for me. Cheesy potatoes or baked potato would be an even better option for me. However, salted, the ones he's currently got are alright.

Altogether a good experience! We are full and happy and enjoyed eating our dinner. Definitely worth giving this food trick a try. (Best to follow his Facebook to know when and where you...

Being ex military, I have had the pleasure of experiencing BBQ in many different locations from south/north Carolina to Florida/Georgia and Alabama to Texas to include some overseas adventures. What I have learned in my travels is that everyone has an opinion on what good BBQ is and how to rank/rate their personal experience and what I habe found works for me is simply, did I enjoy the food enough that I would go back for seconds or order from them again. I am no expert in BBQ/brisket or ribs and what makes the meat consumer quality versus competition quality. What I do know is if I personally like it or not, and Devil Pit BBQ not only tasted good for me, it put a huge smile on mine and my wife's face. The God's BBQ Beans were truly a wonderful flavor explosion and the brisket was extremely well done to our liking. We both were highly satisfied and would gladly eat where again and again. Having learned the different options we plan to make a future catering order for some family gatherings! Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy some food cooked...
