My husband and I usually like to go to downtown bellaire for dinner when we are in the area. However we have a new baby and it was just easier to get a dinner order in…after looking at the menu we felt like there were some good options. We ordered a salad to share and the pesto chicken pasta. The girl said it would take 10 min and my husband went right up to get our order and it was our fault for not checking but the $20 pasta had no garlic bread (when it said it comes with it) and there was a handful of chicken pieces thrown on it. We weren’t happy when we opened the box but we were so hungry that we said whatever…we took a bite and it literally tasted like water. There was no amount of salt or flavor in the world that would bring this pasta back. Not to mention the pasta was so hard. I’m all for an al dente pasta but this wasn’t edible. They did give us our money back but I honestly didn’t even care about that. I just wanted a warm cooked meal. I wasn’t looking for an amazing dinner but we had been traveling all day and we were hungry. We ended up just throwing it away and I am a person who hates wasting food. If you plan to put a pasta at a $20 price point make sure there is flavor and enough chicken to make that price fair. We will...
Read moreLiterally the worst service I've ever experienced. The bartender was not there when we came in. Other patrons mentioned that she'd be "right back". 10 minutes later she came back. After we placed our order,we waited 30 minutes for chips and salsa to start, had to ask about them. She said "oh yeah, I forgot", then proceeded to walk across the courtyard to the other restaurant and brought back plain GFS chips uncovered, thru the rain. Then she brought our bill and asked to take care of it because it was shift change. Ok, so now we're paying for wet chips and pizza we haven't recieved. Ok. Another 15 minutes later, a young man who had just been carrying out trash, brings us our uncovered pizza , again, thru the rain. Had to go to the bar to ask for plates and parmesan. Asked for 2 waters,...

The shops were not open so we went into this bar and asked if they knew when they would open. The bartender was SO RUDE and said yep even though the sign says 4 they are not open. She gave our group of 10 so much attitude. She could have gotten a lot of business from us but decided to be...
