If i could leave no stars i would..i dont know who owns this location by platte valley ford,but you better be ready for a lawsuit and id fire everybody..i went in after work for a sandwich,which i do at least 3 times a week at different locations. First off the girl that helped me was rude out of the gate.i asked for a turkey cali but explained due to my religous beliefs i do not eat bacon so simply asked for a little extra turkey,which ive never had a problem with before..she basically said "i dont care about your beliefs and if you want extra turkey it will cost you". I felt discriminated against due to my religion and she continued to be rude and was worse as my experience moved on...she basically threw my sandwich together,took my money and that was it..so i felt victim of a hate crime by her the way i was treated after i said i was jewish.after paying almost 15.00 for a sandwich made by in my opinion a racist,after i got home i threw it in the trash.i have already spoken with my attorney and they will be in contact with the owner...i,my family,my friends will never go back to another subway again,and i know that means nothing to corporate people but i am simply...
Read moreI ordered delivery off of the Subway app, and they forgot my footlong cookie. The app told me to contact the store, where three differenr people insisted I come in to get my item and then passed me off. If I could do that I wouldn't have ordered delivery. There was no manager so they called the manager and called me back saying I had to take it up with doordash. I didn't order through doordash, and they finally left my info for the manager to call me, which never happened. I called the manager and they said they couldn't refund me but would have corporate do it. A week later I hadn't gotten my refund and tried to call for a status, I left my info three more times for a manager to call me as there was never one in when I call. It has been another week and I havent heard a word. It is clear they don't care if they make a mistake and they have no intention of fixing the problem. Read moreThe old lady working on September 4th 2022 around 1pm was extremely rude to my friend and I. I bought a drink earlier and went back inside to refill it. Instead of asking politely for me to pay for my refill, she waited until my friend and I were leaving to yell at us from across the restaurant and accuse me of stealing. I figured that because the drink station was in the lobby I could get a refill without being charged. She was very rude. Carp Bode subs needs to talk to this woman about being a more respectful person with better customer service attitude.
