I’ve never had an experience so poor and unacceptable. I am at a loss for words. The disorganization and lack of management I experienced tonight is one of the history books. First off let’s establish some things. 1. I do not like to leave bad reviews. I find it a waste of my time and energy, but today is and exception. 2. I understand the unfortunate position this restaurant is in. A drive through line from a nightmare that exists 24/7, and lack of staffing due to many factors, and the fact this experience occurred at 2am.
That being said, what happened to me and many others tonight is a failure that needs to be addressed. On my way home from work I decided to place a pick up order. I figured it would be faster than the drive through line I mentioned earlier. In the past when I have done this it worked out great. Did I have to wait a little bit still? Sure. They are busy, and that’s fine. So why was tonight different? From the time I arrived to the time I left with my food, 30 minutes had passed before I was even acknowledged by any member of staff, despite multiple occasions of employees being able to quickly address who was waiting for what order. Several people ahead of me had been there much longer. By the time I left, the lobby was completely full of people waiting to pick up their orders. I was staring at my bag of food the entire time. I could have been in and out, if a member of staff had just simple said “what order are you waiting on?” I had to unfortunately assert myself in a manner in order to collect my food. I tried my best to not take out my frustrations on the worker. Others were not as reserves as I was. I could say more, elaborate how employees seemed to help serve people they knew over us other guests who had been there much much longer. Or how some of the workers didn’t seem to know what planet they were on. But all I have to say is, where was management? Was there nobody in a position of leadership that saw the chaos going on at the front of house and could act in a manner to make things run more smoothly? I am never coming back to this particular jack in the box. I have never felt so frustrated and furious over a fast food situation that had such an easy solution. COMMUNICATION and organization. I know this is fast food. And you can’t expect too much. We all know what we are in for when we come to these places. But if you find yourself disappointed even with little to no expectations, then...

Read moreI made the horrible mistake of attempting to get food at this PATHETIC Jack in the Box last night while I was at work for a graveyard shift. I pulled into the drive through at 10:40 pm, I finally escaped the drive thru at 11:50 WITH NO FOOD. It was the worst drive-thru experience of my life and I'm 51 years old. The drive-thru design is the worst on planet Earth and the person who designed it should never be employed again because they must be mentally impaired. Once you enter this is no escape, you are going to be in Hell for HOURS. They have cones and ropes preventing you from getting out. The line goes from one lane into two ridiculously small lanes, goes around a turn so tight it's impossible for a truck to maneuver, then back into one lane creating a massive bottleneck. The best part is the idiot who designed it put the exit right where people are trying to leave. Just absurd beyond words. So anyway, after ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES IN HELL I reached a spot about five cars back from the order screen where the cones were no longer roped together on the far side of the building. I got out of my truck in a rage and starting flinging the cones out of my way so I could escape, got in my truck and left. WITH NOTHING TO EAT. If I had stayed it would have been at least another 45 minutes. OUTRAGEOUS. They should have had employees outside WARNING people to leave for their own sanity. They should have closed down. This store should be closed down it's a disaster. The best part was getting back to work tired, hungry, pissed off, and then being written up by my boss for taking a 90 minute break. I will never go back, I would choose starvation first. I warn everyone reading this post to avoid this nightmare at all costs. Go anywhere but here for food. Thank you Jack in the box for putting my job at risk. I now feel it's my personal duty to warn everyone I work with to never patronize your horror show. To the owner should you read this post, you should hang your head in shame. You failed in every conceivable way with your store. I sincerely hope you go out of business and I'm pretty sure you will as...
