I ordered sorbet looking to try something different (first time here) and ordered 2 kiddies. Both myself and the person I went with took a few bites and didn’t like it so we were unable to finish it. However, what lead to my dissatisfaction is we both got sick from the sorbet and have very upset stomach’s just a half hour after eating it. EDIT: Our money was refunded the same night I originally posted this review without me having to call and ask. This leads me to believe that this occurrence is not normal and the owner(s) is an honest individual. I would absolutely do business with them again. While I love the ice cream at piazza the customer service was/is poor. I was asked what I wanted I gave the girl my order and then she said anything else and my mom said yes and she continued to look at what she wanted. Someone asked the counter girl a question and then she looked back over at us again and asked us again what we wanted when CLEARLY my mother was still looking at the menu. There was also no one behind us so it wasn’t like there was a rush to get the order in and get out of the way. This is not the only poor customer service encounter I have had there. If I’m being completely honest having a group of high schoolers isn’t the best way to serve your guest. I think at least one adult should be there to supervise and make sure things like this...
