Finally got to try this and it was such a let down. The food was so generic and bland that you didn’t even know it was Italian food. And Italian food is my favorite type of food! I tried the tour of Italy and the Alfredo was like water, had none of that creaminess you expect, the chicken was way over cooked, burned even on the edges, and look at the photo, the glop of sauce and cheese is supposed to be lasagna. It was more like lasagna soup. To top it off the service was awful, and I understand they havnt been open long but it wasn’t just slow. They never gave refills, you ask for more bread and get nothing, and had to ask someone to find our waitress just to order. Bring so close I had high hopes for this place but I spent almost $30 just on my food and one glass of wine just for this mess. If I could post less than one star I would.

Great atmosphere and music. Burned bread (actually, a dining first for both my friend and me). Three large noodles with sauce served as lasagna. (Don’t shame me for paying $14 for 3 noodles and sauce. I didn’t know.) And a “thank you very much” surcharge for using a credit card. The service was the same caliber as the food. To be fair, the sauce was tasty; but not worth the shame of the food, the service, and the prices. 👎

Awesome restaurant that just opened over here! Classic Italian dishes, good stuff! We ordered the fried ravioli, veal caprese, and chicken marsala. All pictured. I would recommend any one of those, but honestly everything that was coming out looked awesome! If you’re in the area or live nearby, it’s a good spot!

The food was very good and service excellent. There were only 3 parties on the night we went , so don’t know yet how service will be if it’s ever crowded. The ambience in the restaurant is not good at all. No style at all. First thing I would do is have a dimmer on the overhead lights. It’s feels very sterile and cold. Table cloths and maybe a small vase of flowers or maybe some battery operated candles would warm the feeling of being in an Italian restaurant. They had Frank Sinatra blaring on the speakers and since the whole place is very echoing it was annoying. We did ask that they lower the volume and they did so immediately. I want this restaurant to succeed because the food was very good! Prices reasonable and loving its location since restaurants are very bare in this location and...

We were really looking forward to dinner here, but the service made it hard to enjoy. Our server kept walking away while we were ready to order, and even took my husband’s wine glass without asking if he wanted another.

We also asked for a roll to go that never showed up. The food itself was ok, but not memorable enough to make me want to come back.

What really rubbed me the wrong way was the surprise 4% credit card fee disguised as a “cash discount.” It was not listed anywhere on the menu, and that lack of transparency is frustrating.

Overall, it was an okay meal with poor service and a sneaky extra charge. I...
