If I could give zero stars, I would. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have encountered to date. Staffs seems aloof, insincere. Will you make you feel as if placing a carry out order over the telephone is an inconvenience and openly tells me it will better if I just come in and place my order. Walk in the place and there are more staff working than patrons in the establishment. I would understand if they were completely overwhelmed but I assure you that is not the case. Unfortunately, it seems as if all the restaurants on the island have agreed to an exceptionally low standard and expectation. If a true restaurateur were to take up retail it would be easy to capitalize. Accommodation and customer service is the premise to any good business. First off let me say the staff was great, bartenders did an awesome job. Prices were good for the island. However the management could use some help. I ordered a tuna pita, received a turkey...OK no big deal it's loud they probably misheard me. I've worked food service, I know what happens. So I took it back up to the counter spoke with the cashier he was about to take it to replace it when a manager stepped in, repeated my issue to her and without hesitation said "oh well we just ran out" then immediately gave me my plate back and walked away before I could even ask about ordering something else or a refund? I know from being a Manager that kind of service will eventually catch up with her, you can't ignore your customers. Otherwise had a great time didn't let the issue...

Been coming here for years. In fact, we used to boat up from the mainland when we were craving their pizza. Understand, when you boat 16 miles for pizza, that becomes some pretty expensive pizza. It was always good, though. So who cares about fuel costs. Fast forward our latest experience. We ordered a pie and a few Pumpking's. The beer tasted skunked...was it me? Nope. We had some earlier that tasted perfect. I think this establishment either let the keg get too warm or they are not tending to the taps. As for the pie, an otherwise perfect pizza was rather lackluster do to the absence of the sauce. The staff was apologetic and provided cold sauce for dipping, but did not offer to remake it.
