Simple Simon's Pizza — Restaurant in Kellyville

I ordered online around 8:15 pm and drove down to wait in the parking lot until I thought my order might be done. Everything I read online said they closed at 9 pm. I attempted to enter the lobby and was met with locked doors. I made eye contact with a young man who made gestured for me to go through the drive thru. I shook my head "no" and waited at the door for a minute. I eventually had to call. The young man answered the phone and told me that the lobby closed at 8:30 pm and I would need to pickup at the drive-thru. I explained I wouldn't be doing that since the last time their drive-thru cost me a $1000 car repair. I asked if he could bring it to the door when it was finished and he agreed. The young man was not rude, but it was clear his focus was getting the lobby cleaned so they could close.

The food was so-so. I've ordered other things here on occasion and the food quality and presentation seems to be on the decline along with their customer service.

Not sure where to start, we order from them A LOT. The past few months has been nothing but disappointing with the food and the staff. The last 5+ pizzas iv ordered with extra cheese and Mariana have had almost zero Marina, no big deal as I usually don't care and just eat it anyways. Well today the same thing, this time I decided to call and just inform them there was no "extra" anything on my pizza the last 5 times. The first guy to answer the phone offered me a free pizza and I declined, he went to get his manager. 5 minutes later the phone hangs up, call back again and a woman answers and I sit on hold for another 6 minutes when she comes back and explains that there "new" system doesn't allow them to put extra anything. No big deal again, so I explain you should probably teach your employees that that's not possible and should let customers think they are getting something they aren't. We went for the buffet. First off, the salad bar was good. However, There was 2 pizzas and 1 Stromboli. One of the pizzas was so old that you couldn't chew it. I heard a pop in my jaw when I bit down on it. My tooth still hurts. The Stromboli and the 2 desserts were the same way. The one dessert was so hard that I banged it on my plate and it echoed through the empty restaurant, getting the attention of the one young man with the beard, working there... it wouldn't break or crumble!! Terrible, terrible food! As if that wasn't bad enough, we were entertained by a tall young man arguing with the young lady with glasses about a broken machine or something. And then the young man with the beard jumped in and, yeah... not an appealing way to spend a meal out. Y'all might want to throw a responsible person in the works there, somewhere.
