McDonald's — Restaurant in Kenner

I make it a rule to not go to a McDonald's, but due to where I am, I didn't really have much of a choice. I've visited this particular McDonald's twice, and both times haven't really impressed me.

1st visit: I was pressed for time and needed someplace quick to get lunch for the night and stopped off here. This location has 2 drive thru kiosks and I chose the left one, being the 2nd in line. Four other cars came after me and used the right one and all gave their orders and proceeded to the windows. The car in front of still hadn't placed their order because no one from the restaurant reached out to them. What seemed like an eternity, the car in front was finally able to place their order, and soon after, I was able to also. Upon reaching the windows, customer service was fine, but more of a routine and no real effort.

2nd visit: Almost the same exact incident. I'm the only car in the left kiosk, when another car pulls into the right kiosk, places their order and moves on. After a few minutes, I say "Hello?" and I'm greeted with "Can I take you order?" Really? I had to prompt someone to make the effort to realize there was a customer waiting? At the windows, same as last time, with the crew more interested in their gossip.

Ah well, I knew visiting a McDonald's wouldn't be a good idea, but when left with very little choices, you do...

People here are always rude, especially at the window the give the food out of. Nastiest attitudes ive seen in a while. This mcdonalds messes up my order everytime i go there when i order on the mobile app. Tonight i ordered a double CHEESEburger basically plain with only cheese and some extra onions and some other things for my family. My burger had NO CHEESE, and onions all over the place, it was like the dumped the entire container of onions on my burger, yes i asked for extra, but definitely not that much. I ordered on the mobile app so i couldnt even get a refund. I spent my last few dollars until i get paid and i couldnt even eat it because it was nasty and dry. If your attitude is so disgusting that you cant even make an EASY burger correctly THAT IS BEING PAID FOR, you need a new job. Yall at this mcdonalds are seriously disappointing, disrespectful, and disgusting. The people at the windows dont even acknowledge you either, like tonight, the little girl with the red hair in the second window didnt even ask what our order was, didnt greet us, nothing, just shoved the bag out of the window without looking and shut it before we could even check the food, and didnt bother to say a word or even look out the window once. Do better, you get paid to do a job, if you cant handle it, shut down or quit. Nobody...

Have been coming to this location for years and have never had problems. Tonight was the worst night possible with costumer service. Second window when I pulled up to get my food, they tried to hand me a flat coke almost the color of sprite. Asked for a Dr Pepper but proceeded to give me another flat coke just trying to push me through. When I asked for something else like a Fanta they acted like it was my fault and I was causing them problems. Girl thought I couldn’t hear her when she closed the window just barely. The guy who was making the drinks thought it was a joke when he gave two flat sprites and proceeded to smile and laugh like it was a joke. I have never dealt with anyone that unprofessional. It’s clear they didn’t hire teens that were responsible enough for such an easy job. I’ve worked at McDonald’s myself about 7 years ago for my first job and trust me it isn’t that hard to fix a problem and make sure the costumer is taken care of properly! First window girl was the sweetest thing...
