Met the new owners when they first took over, and they seemed like super nice guys. However, our recent experience at brunch was terrible. The service was absolutely awful. Our server was rude when we politely asked for cream for our coffees, and we waited over 30 minutes for someone to take our order. It was so bad that my wife decided to leave with the kids, and I stayed behind to settle the bill for the coffees.
While I was waiting, another staff member—who wasn’t our server—noticed my frustration and kindly asked if I needed anything. I explained that I just wanted to pay for the coffees and leave. Eventually, the server came over with the bill and asked if I needed anything else. I let her know that I didn’t, but I also mentioned that it had been over 30 minutes, and she still hadn’t taken our order.
